Beverly was the greatest

Beverly was 11/10. She knew what she was talking about and was engaged beyond just the usual - buy my car so I get money. I was pretty much gonna buy the car no matter what but she made us comfortable and helped us with any and everything. Their website is pretty bad and their email/text contact person gave us wrong/misleading information on the cars pricing/financing but we worked something out with Beverly. Through the process we talked with 5 different people before we got in the door which wasn’t ideal, would rather stick with one contact so mix ups like the above don’t happen. All in all was about as good as car buying could be, but call and clarify anything their website or text people say just to be sure. And ask for Beverly, she deserves your business.

Tundra buyer

Overall excellent experience from Bob Richards Toyota. No pressure to buy when I was there. The sales and finance departments worked hard and did everything to make sure I was pleased. I will be a repeat customer!

2018 Sequoia Purchase

We were very pleased with the total experience. Beverly Duhon was very professional. In addition she went above and beyond to ensure we were able to get the exact vehicle we wanted at a great price. We will definitely recommend her to our friends.

Exceptional Service!

I have never experienced such wonderful customer service, knowledge and concern as I have with Carl Reed at this dealership. He deals with you like it is "his" company and he treats you as if you are the only customer. He keeps you up-to-date on the status of your car service, and he explains everything in detail when your vehicle is done. He goes over and above and makes you feel valued!

Excellent Service

Everyone at Bob Richards is very friendly, courteous & helpful. Carl Reed always goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with servicing your vehicle. No matter how busy he is, he doesn't mind answering all of your questions about your vehicle- believe me, I've had many over the last nine years with the three vehicles purchased from Bob Richards. Carl never makes you feel rushed. Service is fast and efficient!

Excellent Services

I received excellent customer service today while getting my car serviced. The service advisor, Carl Reed, was friendly, very knowledgeable about the service that my car needed and offered suggestions that could improve my car performance. Great service

I've always had a good experience with Bob Richards Toyota. Any service I have done on my Toyota was done in a fast and efficient manner. They also offer coupons 4 different services that help you save money. The service department employees have always been courteous and helpful to me.
