I submitted a request for a quote on a Honda Pilot online and shortly received both an Email and a phone call with what I felt was a fair price for the car. I called and made arrangements to meet Joseph for a test drive at 4:00 that afternoon. Following the test drive and Joseph's thorough explanation of all the cars features, I decided the Pilot was for me. After a short amount on paperwork with Joseph, I was passed of to Sandeep in finance. He resolved all my remaining paperwork and I was on my way home by shortly after 7:00. Both Joseph and Sandeep were polite and informative. I never felt pressured into doing anything. Anyone going to Auto Nation in Costa Mesa will get excellent service from these young men.

I entered Honda Costa Mesa in a rush to purchase a used Toyota through Auto Nation mid day on Dec 31. I explained my need to finalize everything in short order as I needed to be at a hospital for a friend . Uday took charge and and had the vehicle, which was at another lot, picked up as I had finished the initial paperwork. When delivered they took it to fill with gas, cleaned the car and while waiting the final document signatures were reviewed and I was on my way. It was a fast 4 hours and as I'd spent many many more else were, this was wonderful. Thanks and I'll be back
