Nice and quick

The purchasing experience was very painless. I had made an appointment for a later time in the week, but just walked in on a Wednesday, Wars greeted, and assistant. The staff was fantastic. They were quick and efficient.

Customer service

This is my second visit here and Louis the tech has had terrible customer service on both occasions. Everyone else has been helpful. But I’ve been unlucky helped by him twice.

Great customer service

Every time I go to this spot for an oil change I always receive great customer service. They do a great job and I am happy with their quality of work. Always covering the seats with plastic as well. If you have a Honda, go here.

Excellent Service!

This was my first visit at New Century Honda. I met Eddie, Service supervisor, who was very polite and knew what I needed to get done. Car was ready in a very short time. I’m very happy to find a place so close to my work that can be relied on their work.

Excellent service provided

The master key of my 2006 Accord went thru the wash cycle of the washing machine and the electronic got fried so I took it to your service department.

oil change

excellent customer service, Chris was great! the service was fast. it took less time that I was told!!! will come back! the reception area seems to be small for the amount of cars they service, it works ok
