No Complaints

Everyone I dealt with was friendly. Sabrina and Andrew worked with me on the price, and Tim was especially helpful in describing the features of the car.

Fantastic customer service.

This is the second car that I lease from this location and John is my forever sales person. He proficiently explained the features in every model of Honda, and gave us a full comparative picture of all our options, which made the decision making process very easy. On side, I enjoyed his super friendly and respectful approach which made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Additionally, I really appreciate the financing department specifically Tony, who is very knowledgeable. I was able to finish the paperwork and be out in less than 15 minutes.

Such a pleasure to buy a new car

I went into the store, pretty much knowing what I wanted. Daniel Kim listened to what I wanted and did what he could to make sure I got it at a price I was comfortable with. I felt heard and respected, never pushed or pressured. Magdy Mohammed worked on the finance side of things with me. He was also a pleasure to work with. I ended up purchasing a few extras because after speaking with Magdy, I really understood how I was going to save a bunch of money in the long run by purchasing a maintenance and warranty package up front. I’m glad I spent that small bit of extra money on those packages. I’m very pleased with my purchase and my experience at the dealership.

Great

Me and my wife had a great Experience coming to Honda dealerships in Glendale. Everyone did a great job making us feel important. Our agent Enrique Vives made sure we are taken cared of. I would highly recommend New Century Honda to go to in buying new cars to my family and friends.

Happy with the experince.

I liked the receptions and friendliness. Also apprecated nice gentleman giving me ride home. My only complaint is the monies charged for the services excessive.

Great Deal

I cane in for a routine oil change. But, I didn’t get my spark plugs and valve adjustment last year because they wanted too much money to do it. But my man Louis, took care of me. I won’t mention numbers, but he gave me a fair price that I can work with to get this much needed preventative maintenance. Thank you Louis and New Centry Honda. If you continue to treat me like you care about our relationship, we will keep comeing back.

Amazing service

I came into New Century Honda at Glendale to receive an oil change for my car. I met Louis and he went ahead and scheduled everything for me. He then went above and beyond and listened to another car issue I was experiencing and went ahead to find a solution that left me feeling good. Excellent service rep!

Great experience.

I came to New Century Honda to ask questions about my lease that was going to end in one month and I ended up going home with a brand new car. Efren Soliz was very friendly, courteous, professional, and walked me through the process of a new lease step by step and make my experience exceptional. Omar Garcia at the Finance Department and Lennie Roman were also very helpful to complete the lease process.
