Warranty service

I highly recommend Moses as your service advisor He is open and honest and he answered all the service questions and concerns on my Ford 350 Super Duty in a timely matter. I really appreciate his service. I would also thank Fred Hunter for putting Moses as our service advisor.

lane change indicator service

message on FordPass and dash of 2020 Expedition said to have Lange change indicator checked by authorized service. made appointment and took it in. Car wasn't finished for 2 days. We never received a call regarding delays until after we made 4 calls the second day without a call from the service dept. I can understand the delay, but not the failure to notify us. This and other issues are why I stopped taking my Shelby Mustang to another Ford dealer. I hope AutoNation isn't going to end up making this a habit.

They were the best!

I purchased my car here and then took it here for my first service. They were wonderful! Ed got me the exact car I wanted at a great price, and Moses took great car of me when they serviced my car!

Needed tires. Prices were not competitive. They also would not replace the tire I had a screw in. They said it was too worn.

Went there twice in past two weeks. Neither visit did...

Went there twice in past two weeks. Neither visit did anyone come out and approach me . Finally on last visit I went inside showroom and asked for help. The guy walked with me to what I was very interested in but you could easily tell he wasn’t interested in spending another second with me . Between this dealership and Firkins in Bradenton I can’t determine who’s the worse I ever visited . So I’ll take my 5K down and 803 beacon elsewhere. Didn’t need to sell me . Not much work needed. I’ll walk before I beg for help , to hand you 50-60 K of my money.
