Had van for a week did not fix the problem charged me 800.00 for no repair had to take van to a ford dealership in Venice Fl very disappointed experience at AutoNation ford Not even a hey will refund you some portion of the bill .

I bought a new Ford F-150 in December.

I bought a new Ford F-150 in December. I’ve taken it twice to Bradenton Ford for an oil and Tire rotation. They are fast and very good at what they do. I wouldn’t take my truck anywhere else. Great Service!

It’s a great service team.

My advisor Daniel O went the extra mile to resolve my repair. Seems Ford no longer provided the part my 2020 Ford Explorer needed and instead required an entire system repair. Daniel was determined and got it covered for me!

I had my truck towed to Auto Nation after business hours.

I had my truck towed to Auto Nation after business hours. They called me the next morning to advise I needed a new battery. They told me the cost would be $350.00 for the battery and $45 for installation. I told the service manager the prices were ridiculously high. He said he already discounted the battery from $400 to $350. They also advised that they normally require 3 to 5 business days to diagnose any issue and then up to a week for the repairs. I found Advanced Auto Parts just down the street from the dealer and their battery was only $244 and they install it at no charge! so I saved $150 and was out in 10 minutes.
