Poor Service Advisor Diagnosis

Brought my car for a recall service but the Service Adviser Jason recommended a brake fluid flush despite me having a flush 5 months ago. I verified at another car repair facility by a certified mechanic that I did not need a brake fluid flush. Disappointing.

Bad review on my Edge oil change

Service people were very nice. I just had an oil change. The tech got grease all over visor and cloth ceiling. Took it back. Very aplologetic and cleaned. Drove away and idiot light came on. Seems the tech didn?t reset the oil change setting. Back again. Fixed and apologized. Should have been a simple deal turned into an aggravating experience. Not good.

AutoNation Ford Bradenton

We have a 2017 Ford Taurus which we have purchased and subsequently have routing maintenance done at AutoNation Ford Bradenton. The Customer Service is great, it was easy to purchase a car there. The quality of the repairs and routing maintenance is very good. The Facilities are warm, friendly and clean. We would highly recommend AutoNation Ford Bradenton.

AutoNation Ford - Bradenton, FL

Would leave no stars if possible Went in to get tail gate foot open option fixed on my 2018 Edge. Did not work. After 2 hours, Manny told me that everything associated with the operation of the foot open option was ok but it just did not work. He said they did not really like this option and there was nothing they could do. UNBELIEVABLE going to another dealer

Service staff was very friendly and helpful. After they discovered that they needed to keep my vehicle over night they contacted a rental agency and arranged for a vehicle for us.
