Staff worked very hard for my business. I was introduced to Service Manager and they were great about going over pros and cons of different trim level choices.

I got my car put in the system and then got an appointment for oil change and tire rotation for the next day. The appointment time in the shop was about what I expected.

Salesman was honest and upfront. The process was easy and stress free. Steven Sawyer threatened to sell the truck we had already paid for three times. His Pressure was unnecessary and his attitude was nasty. He changed a great buying experience into an unpleasant one. I will never deal with this sales manager again.

My service writer Daniel exceeds my expectations each visit. He understands that I follow all service recommendations and points out any required maintenance. This visit was routine for an oil change but on the way to dealership a low inflation alert showed up. I showed up on time and Daniel met me as I entered, I explained the alert. Within 10 minutes of my Escape being brought to the service area Daniel and the Mechanic sent me picture of the tire, cabin filter and that I should replace my engine coolant . Pictures, yes pictures , all was done and to my satisfaction as well as coupons for discounts. All my service is done at this Ford Dealer, AutoNation Ford of Bradenton.

Had another very good experience with Autonation Ford in Bradenton. We had a problem with our Expedition while in North Carolina and found out that we had to replace the Cam Phaser. While there the dealership stated that they would need the car for over a week and we were not able to do this. We reached out to our service rep Daniel at Autonation Ford and they said that they would be able to look at the car when we returned and if they had the parts on hand would be able to repair it. When we returned, they were able to evaluate the car and repair it in 48 hours. We have found Autonation Ford to have terrific service and thank them for the great care. Thanks to Daniel, Arne, and the entire staff.

Truck was pre-staged for viewing under a canopy. Process was quick, numbers that were initially given weren?t completely far fetched where I felt the need to negotiate for 2 hours. Only true complaint was that the detail job on the truck I was purchasing was low tier. Water marks still all over the car, some dirt still inside the car. Other than that I was satisfied.
