Me. Howard A Spry

After waiting 15 min. after having the service order placed on t(e windshield i stopped a passing female employee & asked what?s up. She examined the work order and saw it was for an oil change, the first after buying the 2017 Escape from your outfit, and said the first one is free, she then showed us to the waiting area. After a period of time she said the car is done just go to the cashier to sign a couple things. Once there the cashier said $33.which i immediately questioned. Then 2 others in the cashier area had different comments re. the free. NOT A GOOD HoIMPRESSION. A side note, i thought the refreshments were for the customers only, but after watching a worked take 3 cookies i was mistaken. It seems as if you?re buying you are treated great, The service end seems just the opposite. Remember...... YOU. NEVER GET A SECOND CHANCE TO MAKE A GOOD FIRSTT IMPRESSION.

Everything was great, everyone nice and polite. Very knowledgeable group and didn't feel pressured through the process. Would recommend this dealership to my family and friends. The process was fast and easy. Truck was clean and full of gas and ready to go. Nice dealership with ice cold complimentary water.

Autonation Bradenton Review

I got there early and they took me right away. The service was finished in 45 minutes,while I had coffee and a bar. I left with a free water.

Excellent Service & Customer Service!

Autonation Ford's quality of service is impeccable. I have been using their service for my Ford cars and trucks for several years now, and I have never had a problem with any of their repairs. And Tom Somers is a wonderful Service Manager! Thank you!!

2016 Ford Transit Purchase

I am a loyal customer to Auto Nation mainly because of Dave Hannon. This is the third purchase I have made from Auto Nation because of him. This purchase has more meaning then most because it was a trade in on the original car that brought us to start our relationship with Auto Nation. If it wasn't for Dave and his excellent customer service skills I don't know where my family would be. We first bought a Lincoln about three years ago and to put it frankly we walked in with credit challenges as Dave called it. I first said to him we had bad credit and he reassured me that he could help and he did. If ever there was a person who makes the car buying experience enjoyable, it is Dave. I will continue to be loyal to Auto Nation as long as Dave is there. He takes the time to get to know the needs of his customers and helps them make an informed decision based on their needs. It wouldn't surprise me if I found out he was your top salesman because his customer service skills are top notch. This time we got to get the car we wanted because we overcame our credit challenges and I was glad that Dave was the one that got to be by our side while we did.

Routine service - oil change

Exceptional, as usual. Especially, Michelle! The customers lounge area is comfortable and the cookies are delicious!

lie they xxx off

drop my truck for service motor missing , i have fidelity carefree car protection . after two week of xxxxxxxxx, Ford said motor not cover by fidelity , they said carbon on valves not covered by fidelity, i have a 3.5 motor in a f150 2011 . found out ford being sue for this bad motor . a class action law suit on the 3.5 and the 2..7 ford , ford stop working on the motor . i know it due to the law suit. so i will joint the law suit , ford did not fix my motor and i cost me $616.00 for e xxxx work they done, i call a lawyer yesterday , ford said the miss is from carbon. that is what the class action law suit is about , bad motor
