The salesman Dion was very professional and went out of his way to try and satisfy us. The only downside I can see is the mileage is not as good as the focus we traded in for a 2016 Escape

Great dealership
I had put my dreams of a new car on the backburner because I knew I was upside down on my current car. I was getting worried about my cars age. I really need a reliable vehicle; besides me using it to go to and from work I also care for my mom and take her to all 9of her ers visits etc. I decided just to see if there were any cars that I liked. Low and behold AutoNation Ford Bradenton got me out of my 2006 Buick and into a brand new lease of a 2015 Taurus. I live my new car and my sales person Jeanette was great . The best was Rick Rupp the finance manager and Jadon Clayton the manager , these guys made my dreams of a new car come true.

Great People-Great Deal
I started out dealing with an Autonation Ford competitor in my area and could not get the deal that I thought was achievable. So, quest for a 2015 Ford F150 Platinum pretty much came to a screeching halt. Then, some months later, I took my existing Ford F150 into Autonation Ford for standard servicing. Got into a conversation with my salesperson, Michael Bolton, and told him my tale of woe. He asked for the opportunity to take a look at the deal that I wanted even though Ford was not offering any meaningful Rebates on this model of F150. They went to work and, after a few days, they had located the exact truck that I wanted (colors, options, etc.) and came back with a deal that was over $4,000 better than their competition. So, I dove in, signed the papers and drove it home. Since I took possession of it, I did have to take it back to install some additional accessories and was blown away by the dedication to customer satisfaction that they offer (thank you, Dale and Gary). So, all the way through it was an enjoyable experience and they proved that they are there to earn my business. Gotta give this group of hard-working dedicated people '5 Stars'!!

Put down 1000 and wont give it back
Hi i put down 1000 on a car and yes i back out but they pulled my credit soo many times when i told them do not pull anybody but ford also i was already appoved with someone else so diisspointed. All i want is my money back for 1000.

Good Service
Car wouldn't start. Jumped by AAA and the attendant said the battery was less than a year old. Autoway installed new battery as it was under warranty without any hassle. Two hours to change it out but it was a busy Friday morning. Service Advisor was extremely pleasant regarding transaction.

Great service and transaction
Dave Hannon was very helpful in getting me a used Sport Trac for a price I was willing to pay. There were a few minor repairs that I required, and he ensured that they were completed in a timely manner. Also, he facilitated a remote signing, as I live in Tallahassee. The truck was ready to roll when I showed up to pick it up. The only thing that could have made it better would be to have 2 keys instead of just 1. I would highly recommend working with Dave at AutoNation Bradenton.
