I am Blown Away!!

In the current climate of service I was not expecting much...especially when we ordered 4 new specialty tires the morning we dropped off my husbands truck. Imagine my elation when they called to say they got the tires in that afternoon, finished a complete flush of all systems and realigned the new tires all by the end of the day. WOW!! I'm beyond impressed!!

Still dont have a working car!

Still dont have a working car! I have been waiting since july of 2022 for a part....it just came in 2 weeks ago. I was told it would be 2-3 days and here we are 2 weeks later and still no car and no time of when it will be done! I am done with ford because they just ignore me and my calls....thanks ford for.making me feel insignificant. Please dont apologize on this public thread and continue to ignore me....cause thats whats happening..

Again you say you pass this on to management for follow up and still no communication....and no car! So I went back to bradenton ford to check today and was told that the new part doesnt work and they are clueless, sorry about my luck! What is going on with ford as a company? Ford sold me the car....and they cant fix it? Then replace it!!!

I can't begin to tell you how poor of follow up that the service department was. They misplaced my vehicle for 13 days before finally going out to walk their lot and physically find my vehicle. This was also suppose to be a covered warranty repair per the Auto Nation store I purchased it from and between the 2 Auto Nation dealerships I was held to pay for the repair to get my vehicle returned to me. I was promised that I would receive calls back to resolve the issue but now nearly another 2 weeks later I have not received any call from the people at Auto Nation Ford Bradenton or Auto Nation Toyota Pinellas Park where I purchased the vehicle. My next action is to file complaints with the state and then small claims if it is not resolved.

Previous dealings with Auto Nation were not good since

Previous dealings with Auto Nation were not good since always had to wait much longer than necessary for appointments to be honored. Much better this time although still required over an hour for oil change and inspection bout they seemed extremally busy and this was considered.

i FOUND OIL UNDER MY CAR AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO CHECK IT OUT. I'M TRYING TO TAKE GOOD CAARE OF MY CAR. THEY KEPT THE CAR FOR 3 DAYS BUT COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG.

My family and I have been coming here for years, and there is always a problem post-service. Either what was needing to be done to the car was not done, or the car comes out with a completely different problem afterwards. Even an instance of being told we need a new air filter, after one was put in by us two days before. Be cautious when going here.
