Fritz in Fishers

I used Fritz in Fishers for my first used car purchase ever! The sales associates were friendly and made sure that I had ample time driving and inspecting my car of interest. The staff was passionate, but not pushy. It was very refreshing after visiting larger dealerships pushing sales. I am very satisfied and happy that I chose Fritz in Fishers!

I had been shopping for the last few weeks for a used car (in Ohio where I live and Indiana where I was visiting) and the experiences at other lots were not good. I saw way too many cars that were more beat-up/worn out than they appeared on-line, poor facilities and salesmen that gave the impression of being less than reputable. Fritz in Fishers was a completely different story. The lot was clean and open. Easy to drive around and look plus room between the cars to inspect fully. The older BMW Z4 I wanted to check out was also in outstanding condition, ran great and had no surprises. Dan S, one of the sales team gave us plenty of space and enough support. I looked around at other options but saw nothing with the total value and eventually returned to Fritz to negotiate a fair deal. It's worth making the trip if you see an available car that meets your needs.

I had been shopping online for a BMW 750 for several weeks. I finally found a 2008 at Fritz's that had the options I really wanted. After reviewing the car and taking it for a test drive, we worked on the deal. Their starting price was very fair (compared to the market) and they were willing to negotiate beyond that - even providing a very fair price for my trade. Like most dealers, the paperwork and financing process was slow...taking about 2 hours to finish. However, even with some challenges (my fault), they were able to complete the deal just before closing time. The staff is very friendly and seems to be knowledgable about the vechicles and market. I will certainly return to them when I'm ready to buy the next time and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Let me start out by saying, this is the second vehicle we?ve purchased from Fritz In Fishers. Our sales person, Dan Serritella has always been helpful, pleasant to work with, and very knowledgeable of their inventory. We had just started to look and stopped by, only to see if they had anything of interest. With Dan?s help, we found a beautiful Infinity I would have assumed was out of our price range; it looked brand new. We filled out the paperwork and in no time at all we were driving away in our (new to us) car. We had a great experience and love the car! Car now has an odor that will not go away and I have only had the car a couple days. Only came with one set of keys, wasn't cleaned after leaving the car with them a full day just to clean it 12v socket overheats almost instantly, no radio if rear defrost is on, dash had been popped and not put back properly. I feel I didn't get a good deal and I'm pretty sure they don't care.

My brother had bought a BMW 335 from Fritz, with Henry Kreutzinger facilitating the sale. I have been in the market for a BMW 550, specifically with manual transmission, 20-way seats, sport package, rear window shades, Logic7 audio, navigation. I found this exact configuration via an internet search, but as I live 300 miles from Fritz, I could not visit immediately. When I eventually did get to Fritz, I found the car to be in excellent condition and exactly as described and pictured on the Fritz web site. In fact, it was even better than pictured, because the previous owner's after-market winter wheels as shown in the pictures had since been replaced with perfect condition BMW 19" factory spec M-sport rims! After a short test drive, Henry K suggested that I take the car overnight, so I did and put it though the paces over many hours of driving in varied conditions. The next day, I paid BMW dealer Dyer & Reinbold for a thorough pre-purchase inspection. I was very pleased with the results, spent a lot of time quizzing the mechanic, and bought the car the next day. I have visited a LOT of car dealers since my previous BMW ///M3 was destroyed in a wreck. Most dealers are some combination of annoying, aloof, too busy, pushy, demanding, etc. Not so with Fritz! The offer and acceptance process was easy, there was an acceptably small doc fee, and the finance guy made everything happen very easily.
