Love my car

They had great prices, slight lack of communication, but overall good experience. Everyone had a sense of humor, and got us in and out of there as quickly as possible.

I got in love with this place

Good but a bit upset about it

Everything was good in the beginning showing me the cars explaining the process of getting the loan and the insurance for a new car insurance carrier but the when I went to go finalize the payments first they told me 210 a month then at the time to sign for the loan they said its actually 277$ a month and at that time I couldn't say no because if I choose to not take the car I would of lost my down payment of the car and would have walked out with no car and no down payment ! Very upsetting

Mazda 3 great buy

I purchased my 2006 Mazda 3 from a better way. James was great help and was able to answer all the questions I had for him. I feel that a great deal on the car. I had an issue with the wheel locks but James ordered the part on the spot.

The atmosphere is great and everyone that works there seems to love their jobs. James is a great sales person who went above and beyond to make sure everything went good is my buying experiance. Will be back the next time i need to buy a car.

A mad house

After multiple emails without a response I decided to make the 40 minute drive to try and find a few of the vehicles I found online that interested me. When I got there the place was in complete chaos. I've never seen so many people crammed into one small room... After standing there for a few minutes I finally got the attention of a very rude young lady that had no interest whatsoever in selling a car. After a very brief conversation I left and never looked back. The prices seem attractive online but I'd much rather pay more money and get treated like a valued customer than ever return to this zoo.

Patience

The car prices are great but the additional fees add up quickly! Also things can get very crowded, hectic and unorganized at ABW so be very patient, the end reward will be worth it.

Got a car

Salesmen are helpful especially Eric the gentlemen who assisted me. Decent cars. Could have better financing fees. All in all got my car and can't complain.

First car experience

I walked into the store and was immediately seated with Johnny who was very personable and helped me to get into the car I wanted and at a great price. He helped me get my first car and was so helpful! Thanks Johnny!
