I buy a Jeep Compass in this dealer, two days later I have t6o take in to de jeep dealer with many problems, .i ask to fixt the front brakes and they never did., do not understand how a car pass the Connecticut inspections. I had to change the Alternator. and also I have to do the tune, and many tinks the jeep dealer suggest

This place was great! Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. They helped with every step it took to get us driving into a new car. Our salesman Johnny was the best, he went out of his way to make sure we were happy and taken care of. We had his undivided attention the whole time we were there. Couldn't ask for a better salesman. I saw a car on line that I was interested in. An hour later, we were greeted the second I opened the door. (I was impressed as to how busy this place was so early in the morning.) Moments later, I met with Patrick M. To make a long story short, I went home that day with a new car. ABW Autos took care of everything while we had lunch. Overall my experience with this dealer was positive. They do a lot of business on a daily basis because they sell cars near wholesale price. Website is excellent; however cars sometimes have more body scratches/dents than can be seen in pictures. Be prepared to be there a long time, even when simply looking. They do not keep cars on their sales location, therefore you must be clear what you would like to see and they retrieve it from their large lot down the road. If you do your homework about what car you are interested in and you know what you are buying, this is a fine place to shop. Their customer service skills need improvement, but that's not why you are buying from them. You are looking to get a good car at a great price that will last. If you need lots of customer service and hand holding, this isn't the place for you. Mary was my initial contact and her communication with me was excellent. She responded immediately whether I used email, text or phone. Make sure you know who are are working with when you are looking and get a working phone number or call the dealership directly. They do have free water, snacks and soda while you are waiting, but not much room. I advise against taking children due to the amount of time it takes to find a salesperson free and to see any vehicle you are interested in that day.
