Bought a car from them and it took 2 months to finally get it from service department. Within a week it had to go back for the same problem they "fixed" in the beginning. This repeated several times before they finally got it right. The first 6 months i owned the car i had it for a month tops and they refused to return it or give me a car to drive because they changed my warranty when i resigned paperwork and did not tell me. They gave every excuse as to why they couldn't figure it out and would keep telling me to call back it should be ready soon. Because it took so long to get the car I had to resign all the paperwork including the warranty from them. Had to bring it back after the 60 day warranty expired and found out that the new warranty that i had signed was different from the one i had originally bought. It covered electronic equipment and that was all. Lied about putting new parts and working on the car. They told me they had put a new part in the car and just recently took it to a factory dealership and they told me it wasn't even the right part for the car. Car was previously in an accident but was told it was not. Found out later that most of the cars they get are auctions with problems and bad titles which is why they did away with giving car fax reports. Would highly recommend going to a real dealership. Good prices but quality of cars and service and staff are not.

How car shopping should be
I got to look around their lot of over 500 cars for the one I LIKED. No one was there to push me into a buy. I got help when I needed it. Found a car I liked. Went for a test drive! Made note of the little things wrong with the car, which they will fix before pickup! Fantastic! Completed the paperwork. And will be picking up the car in a few days. Have nothing negative to say.

Frame damage, flood, salvage, accident damage junk
I found a car for sale online from this dealership which looked 'great' in the pictures and was offered at a good price. I drove over an hour to see it, only to find it was covered in dents, scratches and body damaged in a addition to having some serious mechanical problems. The sales people are very unfriendly and acted offended when I said I was not interested in the car given the [terrible] condition. I would never go back. If you're looking at a car from this dealership and the price is 'right', believe the reviews - something IS wrong with it.

Truth
While I haven't bought a car here, there is a lack of truth in the Better Way web site. The picture shown lets you think the place is big with lots of cars. The truth is the place use to be a car wash, that's it. Not a big lot, just a small lot. The cars are spread out over a few lots, not connected. The lack of truth on the web site makes me wonder what else they are misleading about.

Think twice before you buy from this place. Bought car...
Think twice before you buy from this place. Bought car and the same day a oil light came up. The car swallowed full 3 quarts of oil. Would never believe they sell car with no oil. But that was just the beginning. Only in two months the car was falling apart. One problem after another. They did everything possible to weasel out of warranty job. And as a woman, who understand a lot of thing but cars, I can guarantee you these people care only for your money, and in no way for building solid customer base. If you want to save yourself money and lot of headache, go to reputable dealer who sells certified used cars and in no way to this Better Way Auto Dump. Your car will fall apart before you get home!

Flood cars!!
I drove over an hour to look at multiple cars from this dealership that I found online only to find out that EVERY one of them were flood cars. When the salesman asked what I thought I asked if he had anything that wasn't completely submerged by water. He responded with laughter and showed me another flood car. HUGE WASTE OF TIME!!!!

Stay AWAY!!!!
I was looking for a pickup truck and saw one online that "looked" good so I called the place and they said its been through the shop and is ready to go. I drove 4 HOURS to the place to find out it had crispy cab corners, fist size rust holes in the bedside and it had a tranny leak along with break problems and a check engine light on. They said if I put a deposit down they would "fix" everything but I wanted to haggle on the price if I was going to buy it and they wouldnt even do that. So I basically wasted 8 hours in driving time and around an hour or more screwing around with these people. STAY AWAY! You can easily find a better used dealership to buy from

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST DEALERSHIP!...I can not even believe the state of ct allows them to stay in buisness. I have had to bring this car to the shop every month since i got it not to mention they did nothing to clean it when i bought it. The last time I went they stole my gps and broke my trunk... but denied it all. they take weeks just to fix your car and dont do it right and do not care...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IT WILL BE THE BEST MOVE YOU EVER MAKE...

Gives "Used Car Salesman" a bad name
Don't trust this place. I went there to check out a car they "just got" so I could not check the VIN and Carfax first. When I got there it seemed like the car had accident damage. They said it did not. I was being rushed into making a decision, but I pretended to get a phone call from my boss. I went back to my car and got the carfax report from the VIN that I finally saw. (I got 5 carfax reports deal for $45) Sure enough, the car was in an accident. I would not trust this place at all. AND if you notice,, there are a lot of bad reviews, and a few great reviews. There is NOTHING in between. This leads me to believe that the great reviews were written by the dealer. Don't trust these guys!
