The Worst
This place is an absolute circus. It's like walking into a time warp! Complete chaos and no one is organized enough to even ask if u need help. I got sent on my own to find the truck I was looking for, on a wild goose chase in a lot of 300 cars. Unbelievable they stay in business. Just call and ask for information over the phone, you'll get the idea. Huge waste of time to look here!

I would not recommend anybody to use this dealership...
I would not recommend anybody to use this dealership EVER. My son bought a car and it already has a blown motor two months later. I never had a worse experience buying a car than I did at A Better Way. They are liars, everything that was to be done prior to pick up of the car was not done. No safety check was done on the car, the battery was to be replaced, that wasnt done, seat belts were not working and they looked right at me and said, yes we did the safety check. One of the signals did not work, I guess thats not part of the safety check. Spent 3 hours the night of pick up due to their negligence then had to return two days later because things still were not done. The 60 day warranty ran out 3 days before the engine blew. I called dealership and they basically said there was nothing they could do. DO NOT VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP EVER!

We were lied to, pushed aside, phone calls ignored. We waited 13 days to receive our car that was susposto be ready for pick up after 3 days. We lost time from work and kids lost time from school. They would not give us a rental car. We contacted BBB to only find out we were #68 complaint. The Google reviews are fake. Made by the company which was why we went in the first place. They should be shut down!

Please do not make the same mistake we did...STAY AWAY!!!...
Please do not make the same mistake we did...STAY AWAY!!! The couple thousand you (may) save on a car will get eaten up (and then some) in all the repairs you will need to make to whatever vehicle you buy from them. Yep, SUPER friendly (they want your money) and good prices (you will make up the "savings" in repair costs)...don't do it...save yourself the time and aggravation!

I purchesed a ford 350 from the dealer. Aftter puting 5000.00 k deposit they told me i was proof and i could go and pick up my car. I went got my truck regestered it and drove it for a month, one morning woke up to go to work, my truck wasnt there.the dealer took my truck without notifying me. I had to find that out from police department.when i called the dealer and ask them why they took my truck, theytreat me that i wont see my money ever.neither the truck.so i file the complan to attorney general and the commisioner at motor vehicle, that after noon the dealer called and said we made a mistake youcould comeand gey the truck. After what they put me tru and the language they used i will never give them any business and they could keep their stupid truck. So be smart and never ever go to that place, because they rub you.

Not a better way
I was informed that certain maintenance would be performed on the vehicle I bought, and not only was the work not done but lots more mechanical problem needed to be fixed. They reset dash lights to put through emissions and make it just safe enough to drive home, either look into buying a warranty or doing some work on the vehicle yourself.

Please pay attention to the reviews posted on this...
Please pay attention to the reviews posted on this website. These are honest reviews and should not be confused with the reviews posted on Yellow Pages.com. The multiple 5 star ratings on YP.com have been obviously posted by either the dealer or associates of the dealership. Take note of all of the dates the reviews were posted on that website. Avoid A Better Way Wholesalers. I purchased a 2004 GMC Yukon from A Better Way and regretted it. All was OK for a couple of months until several things went wrong real quick. Transmission wouldn't come out of 4th gear (automatic), 4 wheel drive would not work intermittently, ABS braking would engage on dry pavement on a regular basis. I was aware I hadn't purchased an extended warranty and had very little recourse, and by reading some of the prior reviews it would not have made a difference. I brought the truck into a Chevy dealer for them to find a fuel leak which I couldn't locate and to check my other concerns. One hour later I received a call from the Chevy dealer informing me of bad news. "Get rid of this truck", I was told. They told me the vehicle originated from either an extremely salty region, or had sat in salt water for an extended period. Suggested I do not drive the vehicle as the brake lines, fuel lines, brake calipers, and brake rotors all needed to be replaced immediately as they were seriosly deteriorated. Also needed the ABS brake sensors cleaned, tranny cooler leaking, not sure what the 4WD problem was, didn't get that far. Repair costs were $7K. Now, I would assume A Better Way would at least make sure the vehicle was safe to drive prior to sale, but apparently not. Longer story short, I owed $12K on the loan, traded it in for $8K. I was forced to drain my savings account to pay off the remaining $4K of the loan thus putting me in a poor financial position. Just saying, learn from reading these reviews.

Price or service
Good selection to choose from once you find the place. Terrible customer service. Impossible to get anywhere on the phone. After choosing a vehicle it took 2 weeks and many many calls before car was somewhat ready. Waited 1 hour for sales guy to show up and that was with 2 calls stating the time we were arriving. Car was filthy inside and out. Seats were soaking wet. If you can put up with the agravation the selection and pricing is good.

Not Recommended!!!!
This place is horrible, never seen a dealer like this in my life, and I have bought several cars. The office is dirty and everywhere people eating and chewing. Sales people are not professional and the hundreds car they have are in horrible condition. Cars come directly from the auction: no mechanic check or cleaning. Do not recommend this place to anybody unless you want to try a particular experience. Good luck!!!!
