My sales rep were Jeff and Bri. I wish I did not spend my money here. I went in on a Friday and knew exactly what car I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. However, Jeff told me that the car I wanted was a lemon and that I needed to choose a different SUV. This caused me to have to increase my budget. The 2nd car that I choose that was somewhat in my price range would not have been ready until Monday due to some mechanical issues that needed to be fixed. Jeff assured me that the vehicle would be ready by Monday. I informed Jeff that I would only put a down payment if the car was ready by Monday and he assured me that it will be. The car was not ready by Monday or TUESDAY. I then requested a refund of my deposit since the vehicle was not ready as promised by Monday and I was denied. Bri then promised that the vehicle would be ready by Wednesday morning and it still was not. I had to constantly call for updates. They will say anything to get you to put a deposit down. Stay away. You will regret it.

My husband and I purchased a car from Miriam Rodriquez. We didn't know which larger vehicle we wanted so Miriam showed us smaller SUV's, large pick up trucks, and then a GMC yukon denali. She was very very patient with us. Walking back and forth to the lot where the cars were parked. We finally picked the Yukon Denali. I would recommend Miriam Rodriquez to all my family and friends, for her friendliness and for being so professional.

A rip off place big time worse that any brand dealer, they out on the list cars to attract people and then they tell that is sold when you are there. But the worse is all the cars that they have are junk big time.

Lya was very polite, patient she responded to our texts and calls quickly. Lya made us feel great about buying our car with her. We felt like we had known her a long time because of how friendly she was with us.
