Kent was exceedingly helpful finding cars I was interested in, providing me with the carfax reports. It was a low pressure sales experience the best I have had - we will definitely buy another car from them when we are next shopping !

This dealership is a high volume dealer. They are very busy and I will admit that attention to detail was lacking. The advantage is the best prices in the area. I recommend that people going here do their research beforehand on the cars accident / owner history with a car fax report and have the car checked out by a mechanic before buying. Some of the cars here are really not in good shape to be sold. However, other cars here are in excellent shape, sometimes like new condition. Bottom line is some of the best deals can be had here but don't trust them to go through the car for you, it's your job to make sure the car you are buying is in good condition. That's how to get a good deal from this dealer.

Chris was an amazing help with my first time buying a car. He was very patient and helpful. This experience went so smooth! Place was very nice and had a great selection of cars! The dealership was quick with service. We arrived early. They were able to produce the vehicles promptly and were as listed. The staff was friendly , not pushy.

I'll be honest from the reviews I would have never chosen this place.. I took a chance and went in and was approved. I didn't have to do much as a customer except choose the car and sign on the dotted line. I went to a few dealers and the price of my GLK 350 was unbeatable no one could not match or counter the price. I'm not gonna lie, I had a minor issue the day I brought the car, but we all know when electronics, mechanical things even as human beings etc nothing is perfect .. But when I called with my issue they where on top of it IMMEDIATLY. Received the call my car was all set 24 hours later.. I had the best experience,over all everyone I came into contact there was friendly and willing to help. Especially ANTONIO the customer service salesman I worked with he was superb! I continue to recommend my friends and family because that's how I felt as though I was treated! Like family or a long time friend. I never felt pressure to buy like the usual dealers just for a sale. I'm glad I choose to go with a better way. I bought my car in early April 2016, I waited to write this review so that it would be true to experience.. 3 months later no issues and it's running smooth, I will also continue to go there to service the car as well the parts and mechanic team are great! Looking for a new car is harder than I thought, however the staff at Better way made it easier! The wait took a little while but it was TOTALLY worth it! "If you make a sale,you can make a living. If you make an investment of time and good service in a customer, you can make a future". -Jim Rohn Kile made me feel like he genuinely cared about what was in the best intrest for myself rather than just making a sale. He understood and respected my needs from beginning to end of the whole process. I will purchase a nother vehicle from him in the future, along with recomending others. Kile is a GREAT sales man! I purchased a 2013 VW Jetta amazing quality for a low price. Antonio's communication was great and was what helped me decide what car to buy. He was honest and always there to answer any question I had. Quick in contact. Overall, the wait was long but at the end of the day I'm happy with my decision and thats all that matters!

i purchased a 2014 Jetta for at least 20% ($2,000) less than I could have got anywhere else. My salesperson, Jeremy, was easy and pleasant to work with and went out of his way to deal with some administrative issues around insurance and registration. I have no intention of ever shopping from a car from anyone else or anywhere else. Seriously. I had to wait around a bit as these people are busy; the place is humming with activity because of the good prices so, if you find a car you like on their web-site, do not sit around; it will sell. The waiting is no big deal, however, because you are saving decent money, the people are a delight, and there is free soda. And the Italian across the way has the best chicken parm this side of the atlantic.
