I am slow to make up my mind, I looked at the car on Monday, came back on Thursday and drove it. Still not quite convinced, I went home to think about it, called Jeremy Friday morning to say I wanted it. Jeremy never applied any pressure, just answered any questions I had and was very present to work with.

As a woman, it is liberating buying a car. Working with Jeremy was a pure pleasure and all of the staff I encountered were professional.

My wife and I recently purchased a Mercedes GLK350 from them and worked with Jeremy, who was wonderful. Everyone else I encountered at the dealership was very friendly. I have bought close to 50 cars and this was a very smooth, no pressure transaction. Their inventory can be viewed on their web site. Each vehicle contains the Carfax and many, many pictures. It is also kept up-to-date.. If a car is sold it will be shown as such promptly. All of their vehicles are like new. I highly recommend anyone considering a used European car or SUV to check them out.

From the minute I walked in the door, the staff was friendly and helpful. Lee was great to work with, very knowledgeable, accommodating, no pressure, and made it so easy. It's refreshing to know there are companies like iautohaus that pride themselves in excellent customer service and satisfaction. I love my pre-owned Jag, its' the right vehicle for me.
