Patiently waiting

We knew exactly which vehicle we wanted when we pulled up. Had done our research before going. Salesman was great. But from the time we said "Yes, we want this truck" to the time we were able to sit down and sign the contract was over a 2 hour wait. Ridiculous. Corporate (or whoever makes these decisions) needs to beef up the finance staff.

Very bad service

When I leased the car they were very helpful. Now I have a problem and they owe me some money and since October they are giving me run around and not send me my check.

2019 Volt

If you want a knowledgeable salesman, make sure you see Tim Leary. He's sooo helpful and will answer any question you have. We've bought 2 cars from him, and never any pressure.

Valencia Chevrolet autonation huge disapointment.

They sold the vehicle under my feet when I had an appointment to purchase it. I drove down from Yosemite Park, 4 hour drive for them to tell me they sold it. They lie and are not honorable people. Don't waste your time, find another dealer. They are dishonest...

Outstanding Experience!! Donna was great!

Donna was my sales person. She was super nice and very knowledgeable on the traverse. Took the time to walk me through all options on the car. Autonation has a streamline process and the experience was enjoyable.

Malibu

This is my families 5th car purchase at Autonation Chevrolet Valencia. Closing out my first lease with Fred was a great experience he took the time to explain the process and help me move on into purchasing a car. Brandon is one of the nicest salesman I have ever meet and he is both professional and knowledgeable he was able to answer all my questions. Thank you Autonation for having such great staff.

SS Camaro

Great experience - Brandon Hill was a Super Star - he did an amazing job with his follow-up and lightning fast communication. Will be recommending him to anyone I know purchasing a car. The Dealership was well laid out and everyone I talked to was friendly and approachable.

Worst experience. Will not buy car here ever again

Bought new 2019 Traverse. I wasn't satisfied with the suv and they refused a return. now im stuck with a car that I don't like.

AutoNation Chevrolet

I verified availability and made an appointment for the next day @ 10am. I arrived on time but the salesperson was late. No problem! They quickly replaced him and we moved forward. A quick walk around and test drive, and we moved almost immediately to finance. Every step of the way Rickie the salesman was very attentive and informative. Jennifer in finance made the process painless and smooth even when we had misplaced the title for our trade-in. The entire staff at every point of the process was very friendly. This was our second purchase in a year and I couldn’t have had a better experience.
