Worst Car Buying Experience Ever!!!! Steer clear!
This dealership is full of people who simply don't care about anything other than making a quick buck. I purchased a car from them over a week ago and traded in a leased vehicle. To date, they failed to provide the title for my vehicle despite the fact that I paid them with a personal check in the amount of $34K. They even went so far as to lie that the title had been sent to me. Because they haven't paid off the lease I'm still on the hook. They won't return calls nor provide any level of customer service. It's unfortunate that they are even in business with these unethical fraudulent practices. I plan to smear their name across the internet in return for their shoddy business practices.

Do not buy here. Scam
On July 1st I bought a Ford feista from auto nation santa Clarita. Less than 12 hours after purchase check engine light came on. I took to a Ford dealer telling them I just bought the car. There was 4 codes, and the service manager told me it would be expensive to fix. I was still under the 250 miles. So I rented a car trailer and took it back. After many hours of more fake promises I was told I would get a check over nighted. It wasn't. And not even an offer to reimburse me for the cost of the trailer. I'm sure they were hoping I would just drive it and go over the mileage. I really feel they knew what they were doing selling a car with that many faults! Anyone looking for a quality used car. Please dont look here. They just want your money. I dont want anybody else to live the nightmare I've had to with this dealership!!

Corvette buyer
I Purchased a very nice 2007 Corvette convertible, the purchase was very pleasant, but I was disappointed after waiting two days for the car to be prepped it was delivered in very dirty condition inside and out A layer of dirty dust, I was told that there were young kids working in the service department and they don’t do a very good job. A day after I got the car home I discovered one of the fobs didn’t work I change the battery but it still didn’t work, I called the dealership and their reply was I don’t think they make those anymore, so I asked them what happens when the other fob fails do I just throw the car away? I ended up figuring out how to reprogram the Fob It’s a nice Dealership and young salesman were nice but on the service end it was definitely lacking. Even so I would still buy from them in the future because the overall experience was actually very pleasant

Great cross-country transaction!
Purchased my second vehicle from the West Coast recently at Autonation Chevy Valencia. My first was from a decade ago in the LA area. This time I purchased an Inferno Orange 2011 Camaro RS Convertible. Nicest automobile I have ever owned! Collin Carruthers was my salesman and was extremely helpful during the entire process. I live in Charleston, SC so it was a little more challenging in the respect that I asked Collin may questions and asked for multiple pictures since I could not see the vehicle in person or test drive it. He personally test drove it for me and Autonation did a 50 point inspection to make sure there were no issues with the vehicle. Collin was absolutely awesome through the entire process! Once I had located a shipper to transport her across the country, they made sure sure she was ready to roll. When I received her there was an issue I saw with the side view mirror where it had been damaged. I contacted the GM, Chance Corbitt, and after providing him with photos and an estimate from the local Chevy Dealer, he reimbursed me for the replacement of the mirror. Can't say enough good things about this dealership! Doing a cross-country deal is not always the easiest transaction, but it was a very pleasant experience with Collin and Chance. Thanks again guys!
