Just a GREAT experience from beginning to end!!!!

Today was the day to pick up my car! A week ago, after just a day of discussions, Sammy and Aaron made what had been a terrible mistake I had made a couple of months ago into a WONDERFUL sales experience! And THIS during a pandemic when I was having to try and correct my mistake while sheltering in place at home. You see, I have always driven foreign vehicles and SUV's since 1999. And there have been a lot of them, just never an American car, except for my play Jeep. But, our family needed a larger vehicle and we had decided on a Navigator. In January, we went large and purchased a Navigator. Unfortunately, we didn't go large ENOUGH... We needed a Navigator L to accomplish our needs. You can imagine the pain of this realization given the depreciation that takes place the moment you drive a car off the lot. AND I didn't figure it out for over a month. Well, I had spent almost 2 weeks negotiating with the dealer I had purchased my previous vehicle from as well as EVERY OTHER Lincoln dealer in the Metro-ATL area...All not willing to help me with my problem and at the end of the day leaving me to feel as I was going to have to live with my mistake. Then Sammy called ME! And within one day we had worked out a deal for a trade that I could very definitely live with. In fact, one that I could even be excited about. And the pricing for my trade (granted it was almost new) was done site unseen. AND when I got to the dealer there was NONE of the haggling or you didn't tell us about this, etc. Just fair-mindedness, and during these dangerous times...A SAFE environment! I couldn't have asked for more. And when they needed to do some work (tinting, clear-bra, etc.) work to my new vehicle, I was immediately placed in a wonderful loaner until my new vehicle was ready. SO MUCH Better than my last experience. These guys are doing it right and have earned by service business. Yes, It's a long review, but these guys deserve it. I look forward to meeting my service adviser and working with these guys for years to come! AND I can't wait try the Pick-up and Delivery Service!!!!!

Great Customer Service

Great service and knowledgeable techs. Mr. Lacey Heard kept me informed about my vehicle and when it would be ready. There was a issue with my tires and it was taken care of immediately. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable and they offer you free coffee and/or water.

Lacey was outstanding. I have been with BMW, Ford (Hennesey was terrible), & most recently Chevrolet. Every time I visit a dealership for service they make me out to be an xxx because they never want to help and I’m always just a number. Lacey and Pugmire turned my perception around for dealerships. Service Advisors were very good and knowledgeable of my...

Service Advisors were very good and knowledgeable of my car. He offer to bring my car back to me which I never knew I had that service. The loaner car was ready when I arrived did not have to wait around and that was great because I left work to carry car and had to get back fast

The staff was wonderful, respectful, and professional....

The staff was wonderful, respectful, and professional. They stayed late in the evening knowing we couldn’t arrive until close to closing. Never did they make us feel like we were wasting their time. Delightful.

This is the worst place for service in the state of...

This is the worst place for service in the state of Georgia! I went 3 times and every visit the car was kept twice as long as estimated. They do very poor work and the service reps are so rude and unprofessional. The same people are never there 2 times in a row-huge turnover. Try Nalley Ford, Autonation Ford. Anywhere but Pugmire!

The waiting area is very nice, Pugmire people are friendly as they walk through to the showroom. Bob H. is always friendly and ensures your car has what it Needs and nothing additional that may not be required. Oh and complimentary water is awesome.
