I apologized for the inconvenience this caused you. I offered to fill your gas up for this inconvenience and even delivered your vehicle back to your home. I explained that the recall had changed and Ford was not allowing us any more parts and that in order to get the parts we have to take a picture of our repair order and your vin number and miles in order to receive the parts. I apologized over and over again that your appointment was messed up and tried my best to make up for it.

My F-150 was in the shop for two weeks for major

My F-150 was in the shop for two weeks for major transmission and engine work. Allen kept me informed throughout the entire process. Without my having to ask the dealership offered to provide me with a new rental until my truck was completed. The entire experience could not have been handled better.

We worked with Daniel and it was a very easy process. We knew what we wanted in a truck and he was patient in answering our questions and the whole process was much quicker than any other car dealership we went to. There was no pushing, just good customer service. 5 stars all around!

The service work was done on time and the service team

The service work was done on time and the service team was courteous and professional. A recall was even completed in addition to the service I expected. The one complaint I would have is regarding my Interstate reward points. I purchased the Expedition at Interstate in 2020 and got enrolled in your points program. I have saved up points to use for savings on my service there. There seems to be very little knowledge as to the points program. I was told it was discontinued 2-3 years ago, however I earned points as recently as September 2024. Art did take $25 off my service, but I had enough points in my account for $150 off a service visit.
