I purchased a used car that was not inspected properly.
I purchased a used car that was not inspected properly. After four days of owning it, I brought it back to them. They said they could not find anything wrong with it. Then a senior mechanic looked at it and found something wrong. They had my car for five weeks, fixing a recall, the windshield, and the issue that they found. I feel like they sold me a piece of crap car. I’ve had it back for about a week and one of the two issues I was having is still unresolved.

No complaints.
No complaints. Seems like it takes 30 minutes after I arrive for the vehilce to be taken back for the service, process takes just over an hour. On another occasion, the remote service for a warrantee was great! The service techs came to my house and were really nice.
