Trade-in and new GMC Canyon

I worked with Ron and he was very helpful in every aspect of the process. He and the Rick Hendrick staff helped me get a great deal on my trade-in, which led to the purchase of a brand new Canyon. They even found exactly what I was looking for me, from another one of their dealerships in the state. I highly recommend Rick Hendrick Buick GMC.

Bought a 2017 GMC Acadia

Bought a new 2017 GMC Acadia has been in the shop 3 times for same repair. Last time had it for 10 days. Only has 4000 miles when they were done brought it back filthy Didn't even wash it driver said it was because they don't get paid much.

2017 Yukon XL

Thanks Ron! You made a tough choice much easier!

I came in to Rick Hendricks Buick GMC Duluth this week after having a really bad experience at another Buick GMC dealership. Ron listened to my very complex situation and quickly went to work to find me a solution. I left that day without a car but with a really positive impression of Ron and Rick Hendricks. After visiting 3 more dealerships, I was frustrated and ready to just give up. But today, Ron called me at just the right time. I returned to Rick Hendricks and sold them 2 cars and bought a safe new reliable car only because of Ron. He is polite, sincere, hard working and professional. I left there tonight feeling really great about my experience. And I credit Ron for that.

Liars

First off they were proactive to earn my business that is why I give them the one star. I was looking at a tundra that they had on their site and contacted them. After some negotiating the price and the value of my trade we came up to we had 33,000 OTD on the table and my trade was worth more than half that. After doing some shopping around other dealerships had told me that deal was unreal. So I called back to speak to a maneger ashed to send him the texts that the sales rep had exchanged. I did happily. Afterwards I called him back and he said there's no way he can sell that truck for that price. And he said a few things that told me I didn't want to business with them. He asked me a few time how I came up with 33,000. Like it was my fault. Pathetic. I asked him how are we going to fix this (basically) and he said we couldn't even do 35,000 out the door so I told him I am going to take my business to auto nation toyota. Then just said sorry. Haha I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO MY FAMILY, FRIENDS, OR ANYONE. DO NOT DEAL WITH KEVIN OR MALLORY...!!!

4 Hours and they wanted to pick the car out for me

I was there for 4 hours and they came out and picked one car out of the thousands of cars they had for me and said this is what my choice was. Needless to say I walked out after I drove almost three hours to this deakership
