Excellent Service!
My husband and I purchased two vehicles from here earlier this month. HUGE thank you to Michael Gallardo and Scott for helping us out. They weren't pushy in any way and as indecisive as we were throughout the process, Michael calmly helped us every step of the way. We went in originally planning to trade one of our cars in and leave with one car, well, with the help of Michael, Scott and the Rick Hendrick team we traded in both of our cars and left with two. Thank you Michael for showing us car after car and even walking through the rain for us to help find the perfect vehicle for us! Rick Hendrick Buick GMC
Kyle Mack was the gentleman who assisted me with some of the troubles I was having with my car. He went above and beyond during the entire process, as far as to texting me or calling me with every update that was coming through, when it came through. I have been into the service department 4 or 5 times in the last year and always seem to have a wonderful experience, especially with Kyle, if you have any service that needs to be done, I would strongly recommend to go see Kyle, very knowledgeable and truly cares about his clients. Skip the extended warranty - waste of money!!
When I purchased my Acadia from Rick Hendrick, I was "convinced" to purchase the extended warranty. While still under the extended warranty, my air conditioner stopped cooling. We took it to the dealership in Duluth and were told they could find nothing wrong with it. There was obviously something wrong since the unit was out of Freon, but they could not find the problem. They assured us if the problem continued, it would be covered since it was reported while under warranty. Fast forward 18 months. While working on a recall, the technician found the leaking hose covered in the dye they had used in an attempt to find the leak originally. The extended warranty on the car had expired, and although the evidence the leak had existed when first reported, it will now NOT be covered and will cost $600. I contacted GMC, but since the warranty is sold and serviced by Rick Hendrick, there is nothing they can do. Save your money. Do not purchase the extended warranty. oh, and after the warranty work was complete, my heater did not work. Again with could not find the problem. I paid someone else to fix it!! After the sale, you are just an annoyance.
