Great service!!
I never imagined I would be giving a 5-star review on dealer rater, but I have. Rick Case Hyundai service team was excellent! I was there for my brake problem, and was very impressed with how quickly they had things moving along. Tony was honest and straight forward, and that made everything easy and smooth. everyone works there was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great car service team!

Scammed into a vehicle I did not choose.
A more expensive vehicle was forced on me and the older cheaper cars were not made avalable. This dealership uses the Uber program as a scapegoat to sell the most expensive vehicles that they can sell.

Service Dept. unable to fix vehicle.
My wife had taken her 2011 Hyundai Genesis Sedan to this dealership service department 4 times and they are still unable to fix the Proximity Sensors which are currently not working again. The mechanics keep resetting the sensors which fixes the problem for a couple of days then they fail to work again. All we hear are from Tammy is that we will look at it and, if we reset the sensors and they work, then there is nothing we can do. Not very helpful at all! It's obvious the mechanics are not qualified to repair the vehicle. The service department only has a couple of loaner cars which are currently allocated to customers with blown engines so you have to rent a car from Enterprise Rental and hope the dealership will reimburse you for the rental. The shuttle service is only good for 10 miles from the dealership which doesn't help me. I also dealt with Tony Park who wasn't much help with our vehicle issue. My wife and I will no longer purchase a vehicle from Rick Case dealerships. We also had a bad experience with the service department at Rick Case KIA which is also run by Tammy who works two buildings away from Rick Case Hyundai. We contacted another Hyundai dealership service department and they said they are getting a lot of customers from Rick Case Hyundai dealership due to the poor quality of service in the service department. They said they will fix our vehicle and provide a shuttle pickup/drop-off service to our home which is a 29 miles from the dealership. Update: 12/21/15 - Took our Genesis to the Mall of Georgia (Autonation) Hyundai dealership and they replaced the sensor module on the first visit. Since the repair was made, the Proximity Sensors have been working perfectly. I highly recommend the Mall of Georgia (Autonation) Hyundai dealership.

Outstanding customer service
It was an awesome experience buying my car from Rick Case Hyundai and Blessing Iyere was my sales person. He was very patient and calm in his dealings with me even when i was agitating to see if i could get out of the dealership in a jiffy. He took his time all through the entire process letting me know that the process takes time. And even came on his off day to finalize the delivering of my vehicle. I am loving my car daily. Blessing was a blessing.
