Recently dealt with Chris Scott with my last car purchase and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience. Chris was responsive and very easy to deal with throughout the entire transaction. When the car arrived it was in immaculate condition just as they had told me over the phone. Would certainly recommend to anyone in the market for their next exotic. Thanks again to everyone at Toybarn for the amazing experience!

I never, I repeat never write negative reviews about a business but this place earned it. I took a 2023 SVR and a 2023 range rover HSE both brand new vehicles I bought to get the front windows tinted. Owing a few high end cars, I figured if they did a good job tinting my windows, I would perhaps start taking my cars here for service as well. Big mistake, I dropped both cars off to Toybarn Jan 31 around noon, signed in everything, and left for a few hours as they worked on the cars. At 630pm when I went to pick the vehicles up, the second I started the SVR JAguar, a big warning came up on the dash regarding the tire pressure. Initially I thought no big deal its January, vehicles are outside, pressure may have dropped 1-2 points. The second I flipped through the setting I saw the Tire pressure was at a 22 on the passenger tire. It should be at 44!! the freaking car had a nail in it within the few hours I left it at their dealership. There was no TP warning on when the car was dropped, none while the car was worked on Im guessing or they would have immediately called me and said hey- your car tire has a nail in it and is not safe to drive on the TP is half of what it should be, since we are the service dept should we replace the tire? that's what they would have done if it was landed that way- and they agreed - Ben the service manager tried to say I drove it with a 22 tire pressure from upper Arlington to Dublin and they perhaps noticed perhaps didn't but didn't call me to mention it. Their GM is an even bigger joke- I have a message front the tint guy stating yes it could have happened when it was driven around from where I parked it- where they serviced it and then reparked it- The GM Mr. Scott will never earn my business which would have been plenty in those catrgories of cars and I will never recommend such a dishonest place to anyone. Imagine this happened tinting 4 windows on a quarter million dollars worth of vehicles, imagine buying a used car from them... a joke. I have legal on my team on payroll that will take care of this issue as I have a call to toybarn logged while I am there in their lot - did not even move the vehicles when I noticed the light on and told them there is a major issue here with my tire that happened after I dropped it off for their service.

Customer service needs work.
Called the store about a used Jeep I was interested in for my wife. Requested a walk around as I am out of state. The walk around was done and emailed but 10 minutes later the jeep was sold. Thats fine, a few weeks went by I was contacted via text to look at new inventory. I immediately responded asking for information on a used Audi A5. The gentleman said the vehicle hasn't been through inspection but would be the following day and he would get back to me. He got back to me at 3:00 the next afternoon saying someone was test driving it and ultimately put a deposit on it. Their level of professionalism and customer service is lacking if you are out of state trying to deal with them.

It was my first online used car purchase. The whole process was surprisingly easy. I got a fun car for a great price. Greg was easy to work with and I would absolutely buy from them again.

paid 153,000 for bentley with transmission problems ,30000dollars to fix. of cours i left massages nobody called back . after the sale is done there is no more custumer service

This was my first out of state car purchase and I would do it again with Toy Barn. Greg McDevitt was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had, which I had a few. He followed through and was not pushy. I felt comfortable with my purchase and I hope to work with Toy Barn in the future!
