I was scheduled for an early morning appointment and was greeted at my car just as I entered the garage. Jason was at my car immediately. He quickly looked over my car and wrote me up. The car was done faster than promised. Jason was engaging and efficient. He is someone I would recommend to friends and family.

The gentleman (Eddie) I worked with was very accommodating. 1) So far the electronic locking door isn't doing what I complained about. 2) He quickly replaced the broken rear piece that I had ordered. Though I gave you 5 stars, the ability to schedule an appointment is not so good - long time on hold and then appt. times a week in the future.
