AutoNation Honda Valencia

Bought a new Honda Civic Hybrid thru Dave S. Dave showed me some technology features and helped setup Bluetooth. I am very happy with the car and the customer service was exceptional. Dave programmed in all my favorite radio stations etc and has followed up via phone and email in the days after the sale.

I had a positve experience with our car shopping at Auto Nation Honda Valencia. The sale agent Mr.Eduard Kabateraine was very pleasant,professional in dealing with us. He did not pressure us to buy the car.He was very accommodating and answered all our concerns and questions . We bought a honda accord EX-L. Few days after the car purchase, he called and left a msg on our answering machine asking if we have any questions or if everything is ok with the car. I appreciated his gesture of calling to check if we had questions or if everything was ok with the car.

I was helped by Jake, he was very professional, he was very helpful, he made sure that I make the correct decision for getting a new car, he accompanied me from start to end and was very friendly and courteous, he took his time to explain everything inside throughout in a magnificent manner, especially in figuring out the bluetooth phone function on my Civic. Had been looking for Kia Rio as a used vehicle and found this one online, contacted via cars. com and right away I was contacted by Gideon Larranaga as to the vehicle. It had all I wanted so he would hold it for me till I could see it the following day. Since it was his day off Gideon had Rudy Rodiguiez take care of me and all went well. They were willing to work with me to get me into the car at my price. Even in Finance Andy was amazing and explained everything to me. If I ever need a another car I would definitely go to Auto Nation Honda or I will whole heartily recommend this place to my friends and family. I bought my '06 Civic here and knew I would be back for my next Honda. Brought my daughter in 3 weeks ago for a used car and she drove out with a big smile on her face.
