Rob was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I love how they send you a video as your car is being serviced explaining step by step what they are doing. I had an appointment and the wait time was not bad. I love my CX-5 and highly recommend this dealership to purchase your car and service it.

Roger Beasly Mazda South Continues to Please
Always good. Have bought two Mazda's and one used car from them. They were friendly, relaxed, no pressure, and Mazda is a great car. After purchase service is impeccable. They even send you a video of what they have done. Why wouldn't you buy a car from these people????

Best place in Austin to buy a car. Period
I spent months searching for a new vehicle. After searching tirelessly on websites all over Texas and then going to several different dealers in Austin, Houston and all the in-between areas, I happened to pass by Roger Beasley on my way to an appointment to see another car. I spotted a Shiney Silver Rav 4 at Roger Beasley and did a U-Turn. I soon met Carlos Dominguez and he was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I was able to look all over the lot (not like some other places) and then I got test drive what ended up being the vehicle I wanted to buy. I already had a loan set up with my bank at USAA, but the guys in finance were able to get me a better option with a lower interest rate. I worked with Carlos Martinez & Juan in Finance then Vladamir Milenkovic who finished my paperwork. It was a long day, and I did have to wait a while because it was so busy. But I would do it again. I have lived in Austin since I was a child and have always known the Roger Beasely name was synonymous with a great product and great customer service - my experience this time around solidified that!

Great improved service
The service department of Roger Beasley is listening to customer feedback. My most recent visit went extremely well with Matt (Service Rep) processing my service appointment immediately and with great attitude. Kelsey (who handles loaner cars) was super and showed great interest in delivering excellent service. The department’s follow up was great after my car was ready to be picked up. I had previously provided feedback on some of the service shortfalls and the service department has taken measures to improve! Thanks Serivce Team!

Great Service Advisor
I would recommend people to your dealership based on the wonderful service I get from Matt when I take my CX-5 in. I've had my vehicle serviced there since 2016. He's very knowledgeable & professional, as well as helpful and friendly. I really like the video explaining what is going on while I'm waiting for my vehicle.
