Great work and customer service

Went in for an oil change, and Matt was our service person. He is always on point! The mechanic doing my oil change sent me a video that shows the procedure before and what they are checking. Very specific, and I loved how he showed everything! Great job guys! Thank you!!

Too much.

I came in for an oil change. TOO expensive. It is a great dealership to buy from. Nice, friendly staff but to pay for the keep up, that is over the top.

Best People in the Business!

Every interaction I have had with the people at Roger Beasley Mazda South has been extremely professional and beyond what is expected or required. Mo in Sales; Alfredo in Financing; Stephen, Mike, and Michael Anthony in Service all exceeded expectations when I purchased a used Mazda in December, 2021 and. Stopped by the service department yesterday. This is the place to go - you will not leave disappointed!

Don’t go if you don’t want your car damaged

Don’t get me wrong the customer service is great but whoever gets your car will damage it somehow. Curb rashed my 2500 dollars wheels and then I made the mistake on going back next visit. And low and behold someone broke my 100 dollar sunglasses inside my car. And yet I contacted them over the wheel damage and still to this day haven’t even made a attempt to fix it. I would def not go in if you take pride in your cars condition or contents of your car

The Best of the Best

If I could give 1 million stars, I would. Roger Beasley Mazda South is absolutely the BEST! They go above and beyond to get the deal done. They appreciate their customers and really listen to their customers needs and wants. I have done a lot of business over the years with them, and it's the only dealership I'll ever do business with. Eddie is fabulous and hands down the best there is. Not only is he polite and professional he makes you feel like family. Eddie earned my business many years ago and will continue to be my go to sales guy for many years to come. I highly recommend Roger Beasley Mazda South, Eddie, Fidel and the entire staff to anyone who's in the market for a new or used car. Even if you're just looking, give Eddie a call. You won't regret it! I PROMISE!!

Nick, Carlos and Fred were very helpful on outing me into a car. The environment and the service was good also the coffee thank you guys

Friendly and hassle-free experience

I would buy again from this dealer for sure and drive 2 hours from home to do it. Efficient process including communications, pricing and the purchase. Friendly staff and no pressure. Car was immaculate upon arrival. Thank you Amin and Alfredo for a great experience!
