My salesman Brian was extremely helpful knowledgeable and not pushy. Really took the time to explain everything. Hidden dealer markup on the ?coating? was the only negative.

Carl Black automotive dealership customer review

Meet a young salesman as my wife and I were looking over the 2023 Buick Enclave line up. The sales person was Emari Ferguson, his business card states that he is a sales and leasing professional. This is exactly what he was, a very professional sales representative. He put you at ease, no pressure and he knows the business. Any and all questions were answered to our satisfaction. If you are looking to buy a used/new car this dealership has what you are looking for. WE are very happy with the purchase of a 2023 Buick Enclave Avenir. Once again thank you Emari.

Dishonest, add ridiculous charges on to the bill of sale

Dishonest, add ridiculous charges on to the bill of sale such as “Carl Black Cares” package for $3000 and “Assurant RA Maint” for another $500. They will NOT REMOVE these charges! So they are making an extra $3500 in clear profit on top of the price of the vehicle that you get NOTHING for! Why would anyone pay those ridiculous fees?? Go to any other dealer than Carl Black!

Recently purchased Brand New 2023 Tahoe on 9/8/2022;

Recently purchased Brand New 2023 Tahoe on 9/8/2022; Truck was drive able for 1 week before it went into the shop. Please note, our vehicle is still in the shop till this day and don't know when the part will arrive. We were told that is was the sensor and someone else told us that it is the injector pipe that needs to be replaced. We spoken to Louis Spaeth (sales manager) and he advised us to trade the vehicle in. They wouldn't do an even trade and tried to charge us even more for the vehicle. They blotched (sales agent-Jennifer) our paperwork. All we want is for the dealership to do us right and fix the brand new vehicle with no miles and/or buy the vehicle back at no cost to us.

Dealership sold us defected Brand New 2023 Tahoe

Recently purchased 2023 Tahoe on 9/8/2022; We only had the vehicle for about 1 week before it went into the shop. We were told that the sensors went out on a brand new vehicle. We checked on the vehicle weekly and even visit with the dealership. Someone else at the service department stated that injector pipe is needed. To my surprise we really didn't know how serious the matter is. Again, this is a new 2023 Chev Tahoe; sensor or injector pipe shouldn't go out. They don't know when they will get the parts to fix the vehicle. My husband and I have reached out to the general manager several times regarding this matter. We were met with a very nasty front desk (operator) that told us to get attorney but they will advise you that the dealership will have to attempt to fix the problem. Please note, our vehicle is still in the shop till this day and don't know when the part will arrive. We spoken to Louis Spaeth (sales manager) and he advised us to trade the vehicle in. This is the second time we bought a car from Chevrolet and the second time with this seller, this man did not give me confidence the first time and this second time I wanted to give him the opportunity because my husband know him , but he cheated again, he is only here to sell and make money and not to help the client and meet their expectations. Esta es la segunda vez que compramos un auto de Chevrolet y la segunda vez con este vendedor, este hombre no me dio confianza la primera vez y esta segunda vez quise darle la oportunidad porque mi esposo lo conoce, pero me volvió a engañar, solo está aquí para vender y ganar dinero y no para ayudar al cliente y cumplir con sus expectativas. Comunidad hispana no se dejen envolver por este señor.

NONE OF THESE IDIOTS COULD TELL ME ANYTHING....... MATT, THANKFULLY - VERY APPRECIATIVELY - DISCUSSED PROBLEMS WITH ME AND RESEARCHED AND FOUND OUT THE DEFINITIVE ANSWERS IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES.
