I agree with a lot of the other reviews.

I agree with a lot of the other reviews. Do not take your vehicle there for service of any kind! They are not trustworthy. Talked me into replacing an engine in my truck and how I would be good for years... Came back 6 months later and they quoted me $13,000 for a new transmission, new power steering and new brakes. They do not communicate at all and take no accountability

They don’t know what they have in stock.

They don’t know what they have in stock. In Hiram and Kennesaw locations they have failed to contact me when something comes in, and what they have online is not in their inventory.

Very Pleased!

I had a really great experience during my last visit there. I always come to see Jason Ellis in the Service Department. He's absolutely one of the BEST service advisors there! Always professional, always knowledgeable, always goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction! During my last visit, I had to get my car serviced due to the crankshaft position and harness malfunctioning. Jason explained everything thoroughly on what to expect and how long it would take to get resolved. He kept me updated every step of the way. In the end, I walked away feeling very satisfied with the service I received. Jason is the BEST!

Carl Black Buick

I bought my car 4 years ago from Carl Black Buick, I always go there for service. I received a coupon flyer and went in to have my oil changed and also was wanting windshield wipers replaced. I had an appointment, I pulled in and was greeted by Michael Crabtree as soon as I stepped out of my car. He said you must be Lisa. We discussed my coupon and he advised me I could only use one per visit. While he was inspecting my car for the check in process I remembered that I was told from my extended warranty I had with Omega that I had 2 free oil changes in the first year. Michael called them to see if it was covered and unfortunately it had just expired. So I used the oil change coupon and will go back for the wiper blades. Michael had never heard of the company so he offered to check reviews for me to make sure it was a replicable company. He even took me over to discuss the extended warranty that Carl Black offers. I greatly appreciate him taking so much time to try and help me out. He went above and beyond what I was expecting when I came in! Thank you Michael Crabtree you are awesome!!

I would like to share the bad experience I am having with

I would like to share the bad experience I am having with Carl Black Kennesaw. I bought a truck a few months ago and at 20,000 miles the engine light came on and the car started having problems. I had to go to the store with a tow truck and then my headache started (09/20/23). They registered my details and told me that it would take up to 7 days to give me a diagnostic, because I hadn't scheduled the service. As if I would guess that my car would turn on the engine light! Until today (09/27/23) I haven't even received a call or an email saying anything about my car. And this is my work car. I went to the store on 09/23/23 and they didn't pay me any attention, they just told me that the car hadn't yet been diagnostic. When you get there to buy a car, you are treated very well. But after the sale is made, the treatment changes completely. I do not recommend it to anyone, and I will certainly never do business with this store again. I've never felt so bad. It's been 7 days and no contact has been made yet. I've always liked Chevrolet, but after this experience, I'm going to switch to another brand!

Love Carl Black Kennesaw

From driving up, David Pufnock met us at our car. He asked what we were there for and my husband talked with him while I took our daughter inside to sit down. He helped us out tremendously. He got us a rental, got the car diagnosed and fixed within a week. We love Carl Black Kennesaw. Everyone there is amazing from the salesmen to the service team. We will never go anywhere else for service or for a car.

Service department is horrible!

Service department is horrible! They told me I needed a new transmission for $8600. I took my vehicle to Aamco and they fixed my problem for $575.00. It was only a dented transmission oil pan. Carl Black GMC didn’t notice it and tried to get me to pay for a new transmission. Shame on you Andre in the service department. I won’t be back.

Buyer Beware!

Buyer beware. Brian was nice and knew a lot about the vehicle, But...he’s only a sales rep not the sales manager, so he had to keep making trips to see if they could budge on msrp. -What they don't tell you is they have a lot of hidden fees including a $3,000.00 “Carl Black” package that apparently you can't have removed and isn't listed on the window sticker. They seem to try and offer you other vehicles when you can't meet their agreements to what we thought were 10-15% way over msrp prices on the 2 suvs we looked at. We also had our own financing and I assume that is frowned upon because they want to make money on the finance charges. We drove 2 hours because of their selection of vehicles but it was definitely a waste of time.

Oil change

Didn?t have a reservation however they fit me in for an oil change. Everyone was very nice and the communication was great. The place is very clean which made the wait better.
