Missed Battery problem & still need Sync help

I had made my appointment several days in advance, but had a conflict and called the same day to change the date from Friday to the following Monday. When I checked in, the service couldn't find my reservation, but checked me me anyway. I had and still am having trouble updating my Sync software, after trying for over 40 minutes, they gave up and recommended I call back when their Sync expert was back from vacation or attempt the install on my own. (Still need help and will call back for an appointment for Sync software update.) The next day my battery went dead, it was over four years old, but I just had the 25K service and when I attempted to change my battery, the terminal was so corroded, I had trouble getting the cables off the terminals. This battery couldn't have been inspected. My wifes car suffered a similar problem when its battery went dead shortly after having a complete service. You should include battery inspection and maintenance in your service check list, especially for autos that are over 4 years old or older.

great service

Service department is staff with highly professional advisors,that will go the extra mile, too see that your vehicle is completed on time and keep you advised on additional information about you vehicle. I Worked with Jim Peterson for many years. And have never been disappointed.

Bought a used Toyota from them

I bought a FJ Cruiser on the word of their salesman, Carlos R. The price was competitive and the vehicle was as described when it was delivered in flagstaff. Because I live out of state I probably won't utilize their service dept. but it's there if I need it. I would be a return customer.

Magic Happens

I asked Carlos in service to pick a good salesman for me. He suggested Mario Martinez. My Saturday morning appointment began with a fresh faced, spirited, young man greeting me. He patiently listened to all my needs. Suggested a few vehicles on the lot and let me test drive any that I showed an interest in. I was beginning to think I was taking my original vehicle back with me. Mario said he would check to see what was available off site. He came back stating the right car would be on its way and we began the paperwork. I purchased my Fusion SE Hybrid without even seeing it or test driving it! I kept saying, "Only if I like it." Mario would agree and go to the next step. There was a little confusion and the car took 2 1/2 hours to arrive from the auto mall. During this time, Mario stayed with me. I told him to go find another customer so I wouldn't take up his whole Saturday. He refused. When the car pulled up, it was magic. Yes, he had heard everything I said. He went over the details, synced my phone and assured me he would be there for me to answer any questions. He called the following Monday to check on me. I of course am completely satisfied. I will never ask for a good salesman's name as long as Mario is there. So thank you Carlos, Mario and Jim Click. Job well done! J Sandoval ]]"'that I showed an interest in.

Sonata 2015 hybrid

Dealership was able to schedule tire replacement installation, window tinting and disability hardware in a timely manner. The sales force was very professional, especially Pedro Diaz, Jr., Victor in Service and the Sales Manager.

Owner

Upon arriving at the service department I was told I didn't have an appointment. I had made my appointment online so I showed the email confirming my appointment. I can't remember the young man's name but he could have been friendlier (not the service advisor). The service was completed then I was told my tires needed attention (tread separation)so I had 4 new tires put on. Overall I was satisfied with my service.
