Wonderful experience! Craig Zingg is absolutely THE BEST sales agent I've EVER dealt with. I nearly left the Ford brand forever after dealing with Peoria Ford; Craig Zingg and Jim Click restored my loyalty to Ford. I've been a life long "Ford Girl" and Peoria Ford literally had me in tears. Craig was recommended to me and we drove all the way out to Tucson to find him. Needless to say.....we drove away with two brand new Fusions and couldn't be happier. Thank you Craig!!!!!

The staff is always friendly and the wait room is comfortable. Thank you for the free water and coffee it makes the wait more pleasurable. My granddaughter loved the peanut butter cookie.

Great service

Prince set up the appointment and came out to meet me. He took the car and did the maintenance. It took only 1:30. The car came back washed and ready to go. The service was fabulous, I could not ask for better service. Prince deserves my thanks.

Best dealership experience ever

We had an appointment to see Sandy about a Ford Fusion Hybrid last Saturday. He wasn't available to help us when we arrived around 4 PM but his sales associate Tarik helped us instead. Tarik worked hard to help us find the car that we were completely satisfied with and get us to a monthly payment that we could handle. Jessica from financing helped us finish with all of our paperwork and was a delight to work with. A+ to the team at Jim Click Ford fir a job well done! Thank you!
