Just bought a 2020 Corsair, had to have alternator replaced still having trouble the day after I picked it up. I called the service man I was working with this morning at 11:00, waited all day for a call back didn’t get one. Left several messages, no response. Pathetic service I spent a lot of money on a car I don’t feel safe driving I have no doubt that if I were a man I wouldn’t have been treated like this!!

I have a truck bought new at Jim Click and all services...

I have a truck bought new at Jim Click and all services done there. Had an issue a few months back with some slipping in the transmission. Took it in for service and 700.00+ later found to be low on fluid. This was odd since there were no leaks and Jim Click has been the only one to service the transmission. After 2,000 miles driving had slip issues again. I called the service advisor (Mark) and explained the situation and reminded him of the past service issues we have had (had a lincold that was in and out of Jim Click about 4 times to fix an overheating issue, they finally agreed to fix it for no charge after thousands were spend to fix nothing) I explained to Mark that this is feeling like the same sort of deal as with the lincoln and i am not too confident with their service department. He advised that he woudl have the service Director call me and see what they can do. It has been 3 days and no call from iether the service director or Mark. I could not wait any longer so i decided to take my buisiness elsewhere. After diagnosis it looks like a full rebuild is needed and was an issue that had been there for some time. In summary Jim Click has lost a customer (and my entire family). Worst part is i told Mark that if they do not contact me then i will take my business elsewhere and his response indicated that he did not really care.

Great experience with Click Ford. Craig Zingg was our expert and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Made the whole experience enjoyable. We’ve bought several cars with Click Ford over the years and have always been pleased with the service we’ve received.

Never Again

So, Ford's Focus line has a problem they cannot fix. There was a class action lawsuit and Ford had to pay damages. Part of this was the clutch was warranty extended to 100,000 miles. Well, mine went out at 9x,000. lucky me, right. Well they replaced the clutch and it was OK for a little bit, then I got stranded when the car broke down and wouldn't move. I paid to tow to the dealer, which had done the clutch replacement, knowing that my clutch had once again gone out. My mileage is now still in the 90k's. Diagnosis determined a bearing seized up and took out the clutch and shift forks with it. JC Ford Lincoln is refusing to warranty this, and wants just under $2000 to repair. I only put maybe 1000 miles on the new clutch before it went out. I've had many many bad experiences with this shop, but this is the first I was driven to write a bad review, because this has all gone too far. Stay away if you know whats best! They need to own up to their bad work. What, it's just a big coincidence right? Yeah, I bet.. sounds like fraud to me..

Worst service dept I’ve ever seen! They don’t stand behind their product and just give you the run around! Save yourself the headache and don’t buy a Ford. It made me give 1 star, but I’d give them a 0 if a could

Best car buying experience

Was shopping around for a specific car. After 2 months I found what I was looking for. Drove 7 hours from Vegas to make the deal happen. Craig Zingg worked everything out over the phone with me and when I arrived, it was exactly as discussed. After I drove back home, I realized something was wrong with one of the tires on my car. Took it to one of my local tire shops and when I emailed Craig with the quote I received to replace a $570 tire, they honored the quote and sent the check to me to cover the full replacement. Our conversation could have went a different direction but Craig was a man of his word and did exactly what he said he would do. Couldn't ask for anything more out of this car buying experience. Ask for Craig when you arrive. He doesn't play games.

Poor Accounting Services

Antiquated accounting service. I was given detailed paper work & a receipt for services rendered. When looking at my credit card statement I was charged twice! When trying to rectify the issue and after being transferred 3 times I was referred to the service manager. I was told at that time I had to come back in with my receipt, credit card and bank statement to PROVE the double charges and they would take care of it. This is during our Covid19 'social' distancing. I should not have to do this. They have their receipts for the day along with their charges for the day. They just do not want to do the work/accounting!!! Very backwards and Antiquated. Jim Click time to get with current times!
