Excellent Customer Service

We purchased a new Ford Escape in December 2016. John Sanchez did a very thorough and professional job as our salesman. He even volunteered to bring the car to our home for my wife to test drive as she was not feeling well that day. John went through all the great features of the car with her, then took her for a test drive, which she loved. The next day John guided us smoothly through the finance, registration and new car orientation process. John keeps in touch to make sure all is well with our new Escape. The Jim Click Team, both Sales and Service, are great.

Greatness.

Bought my truck there last June. It was a great experience. John Sanchez researched multiple trucks for me and when one came in that I was looking for he called immediately. SOLD. Also I am in the military and Jim Click donated to our Christmas Party. The team there is very. I recommend then to everyone.

2010 Explorer Service

After my service I noted the A/C would turn off when accelerating and when I back off acceleration the A/C would come back on. I called the next morning and talked to the service advisor who said come in the next morning. He attempted to get the Explorer to repeat that problem with no luck. The Explorer has not done that since. I did note the mileage tag on the window had not been changed which my service advisor took care of upon my return the next day. Just strange.. these autos do the strangest things !! But no major complaints with service. My service advisor is always very helpful.

Customer service done right

I brought my 2013 Fusion Hybrid in for some recall work. The technicians had significant difficulty getting the computer to download and function correctly and Jim Click needed to keep my car a second day. Mark Dluehosh was good at keeping me informed of the progress and helpful in answering questions.

Last Service

I asked for an oil change only. The list provided told me that the air filter was "dusty." I paid to have the air filter changed within the last month. I will go back to the place of purchase to have it checked. But that filter should not be dusty within a month

Came in for 2 recalls, Chris Schrell was great getting me an appointment, work was done before anticipated time, shuttle driver very pleasant person. Great customer service, thank you.
