Amazing service, they go the extra mile.
Everyone I spoke with was very polite. I felt very welcomed the work was done fast and they even washed my car. I will continue to use this company for the rest of my life. Excellent staff and management. The sales men are also very polite love the atmosphere. -Jon

The lady that was at the cashiers counter was rude, and not very friendly to say the least. She made no eye contact when she asked for my cell number to text me when my vehicle was ready. Once I gave it to her, she never once said thank you nor did she direct me where to wait. When I finally received my text saying my vehicle was ready, I went to the counter and had to wait in line for the same cashier lady to help me. I was waiting behind someone who obviously works there i.e. salesman of sorts. Instead of helping me she chose to help this guy she works with. Not making eye contact or even acknowledging my existence she just handed me a sheet and said please sign this. I signed it and she gave me my key back and said have a nice day. It wasn't until I got to my car that I noticed there were several things checked on the paper as needing attention. In the past mechanics have come to talk to me about any repairs I may need on the vehicle. This time it did not happen, so I thought all was good. I never once got to address any mechanical issues I had or needed fixed. I also wanted to let the lady know my address has since changed, but she didn't give me an opportunity to as she dismissed me. I do no think this is in any way indicative of who Jim Click runs his business, but it was not okay for this lady to have treated me or anyone else so poorly.

MKC Happy Customer
The lights on my panel keep going out. Pete Cates has ordered the part. I will bring my car back in this week to get replaced. Mr. Cates stated that due to the inconvenience of having to bring my car back in for repair again this week, he did not charge me for the two windows I had tinted! Excellent service, and a wonderful surprise. Very happy with the service I have received. Mr. Cates keeps me updated, calls when my vehicle is ready, and makes sure I have alternate transportation. He is the best!
