Getting our new Ford Mustang Mach-E was a process.
Getting our new Ford Mustang Mach-E was a process. We ordered online, as instructed, on January 8, 2022. We followed online as the car was built and shipped. Then, delay after delay with no explanation. In September, we got word that our car was a total loss in a railway incident. The sales manager tried tracking down a replacement and managed to find one that someone ordered, then cancelled the order. It became ours. Instead of a 2022, we ended up with a 2023 model, but identical to the one we originally ordered. The sales person, general manager, and sales manager went out of their way to make this happen and give us the best possible deal and outcome. It took 155 days to finally take possession, but we love our new Mach-E!

Maintenance for life dept makes excuses for not doing
Maintenance for life dept makes excuses for not doing complete service as promised. Can't rotate ties because of lug nuts??? But, Upsells services i need to pay for. Get me outta here! First appt.in the morning and I'm still here 2 hour later. All they did was oil change. They are putting my car back together with zip ties. I'm not getting any service done here.

Great team! My salesman was Marcos Fimbres. The sales manager Edwin, was so helpful. Bill in finance was friendly and accomodating. I had such a great experience and highly recommend this car purchasing "dream team", these 3 employees are an asset to the Jim Click team, and deserve accolades for a job will done!

I was scrolling the web just looking at cars came across Jim Click Ford and saw Chris Bouker it said he will meet your needs so I called him pleasant conversation so I made an appointment for the same day, not like other dealers I've dealt with there they brought you what they wanted you to have Chris took me around and let me choose what I wanted he answered all my questions explained things I didn't even ask about I give him a thousand thumbs up went on a test drive explained different things and when we returned to the dealership he ask how did I like and was I sure that is what I wanted he didn't try to push anything off on me, he is awesome, caring of a person's needs polite and most of all very perfessional he set the atmosphere for an enjoyable and satisfying time at Jim Click thank you once again Chsis Bouker his cell number (307) 630-4324👍👍👍👍👍

So disappointed and frustrated with the service I
So disappointed and frustrated with the service I received. Advisor telling me my car needed more repairs. After all repairs paid for the water pump went out. That is why I made the appt in the first place. When it was diagnosed I was told it wasn't the pump. I was sold labor and parts that were not even needed. Within two days I had to pay for a tow back to dealership. Apparently, water is now in the engine. And my car is still there., needing a new engine because they didn't replace the water pump in the first place
