Test drove a Maverick.
Test drove a Maverick. Wanted to purchase at list, but was then told there was a 7k premium add on, plus dealer add ons that would increase the price even more. None of this was disclosed before test drive and no dealer add on sticker was on or in vehicle. I clearly asked if the car was 24,xxx and was told yes before wasting the time test driving. Beware of current business practices. There are too many nice dealers we found after to play this sleazy game with Jim Click Ford.

Traveling home to Albuquerque when my new 2022 F-150 rear
Traveling home to Albuquerque when my new 2022 F-150 rear window stuck in down position. Drove to Jim Click Ford at 22/Wilmot on a Saturday. Was informed of no technician on duty but maintenance foreman/supervisor (Rueben) said he’d take it in back & see if he could at least get the window up. He & crew did get window up. We are so thankful to Rueben’s immediate response of trying to help us. What a wonderful experience at Jim Click Ford in Tucson. Thank you

Service department tried to take advantage.
Service department tried to take advantage. Said my prime warranty did not cover fuel door opening. Told me it would cost $400. Said nope. Called back said they could do it. For $250. Said nope. Went home. Looked on you tube. Fixed it in less than 15 minutes. Common problem with Fords. Understand they have to make money but this is ridiculous.

I purchased a 2021 F150 Roush.
I purchased a 2021 F150 Roush. Had a recall and they claim parts are on order. I was given an estimate of one month to see it again. I only have 1300 miles on it. If I could rate it lower, I would. If service would have listened to me the first week I bought it, maybe things could have a better result. Last Ford. Mr Click, give me a call!

Jimmy Johnson was amazing.
Jimmy Johnson was amazing. I have bad anxiety with buying cars and I have felt very relaxed . And Bill Paschen was awesome as my finance manager. Will be back.

POOR SERVICE Don’t ever do business with them!!!
Tried to get service for my vehicle but could not get appointment this adventure started with Mark D service advisor then he transferred me to Chris parts manager got his voicemail so I left a message but never got a callback Then I found the service manger’s Pete phone number and left a message but never received a call back. How can this place make any money they don’t want work!

I like others have been trying to get an appointment for...
I like others have been trying to get an appointment for recall issues and general servicing, but no one ever returns calls. I have left messages and the that are supposed to be taken care of within 24 hours. That was 2 weeks ago, still no return call. I guess when you are the only Ford dealer in Pima county, you can treat customers like this. It isn't hard to believe the overall rating is lower than that of Ford dealers in Maricopa county. There is actually dealer competition for your business in other cities and towns. Jim Click might be a big deal here in Tucson, but his businesses suck.
