Excellent Service!
My vehicle went in for a recall but it was too late for a simple repair and instead I would need the part replaced. This was a major item and would require a lengthy time without my vehicle. I was given a loaner vehicle and I settled in for a long wait. I was surprised when I received a call about two weeks ahead of schedule and was told my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. I have been driving it for several weeks now and all is good. Riverside hit this one out of the ball park with excellent service!

Oil change check up
Service was good no problems. Took car without an appointment and everything went well. Went over results of check up and what needs to be done next and wear on tires.

Very tough problem with Onstar
I had a very tough problem with my Onstar system that failed repair at another dealer. Although it took a while and nerves were frayed at both ends we managed to work through it with GM and Onstar until it all worked correctly. My confidence in the integrity of the Welborn family in seeing this through made all the difference in getting to the final outcome, When things get hard the trust in the dealership is invaluable.

Not a happy camper !
For 2nd time had oil smudges on my hood & on the black stripes.This is not what I expect from a Chevy dealership. You take a walk around of my car before service how about doing it afterwards also so I don’t find this once I get home or hire someone who has a attitude of caring about there work !!

certified?
Bought a certified 2017 Camero. This vehicle was certified with 174 check points. The transmission had a significant problem that was taken care of by warranty. However, after having the auto less than a week it was in the shop for the repair. The repair was done and all is well. The service department was gracious and accommodating. My sales person was very attentive. The certification group dropped the ball. Just saying....

Very friendly people, and work really hard to help you. I have purchased two cars from Riverside at two different times, and both times were very good. Riverside stands behind their cars, if you see a problem or concern with the vehicle they always go out of their way to find out what it is.

Bought a used Tahoe tire had plug out of sidewall salesman had it replaced with new tire and air didn't work and fixed without question fixed in just two days of bring it in with nice and friendly service and salesman

Just wanted to say a few words inn the outstanding professional and personal experience that I had on Saturday, April 31, 2018. Robert Goodwin was very knowledgeable about the car and the paperwork and answered all my questions. He even took me to meet the garage manager who would be there when I bring in my car for future service. All in all, a very pleasant car buying experience.
