Great Experience

I brought my 2011 Toyota Avalon into the service center for the factory recommended 65,000 mile service. During the an inspection of the vehicle, it was determined that the front end was out of alignment. Mr. Hugo Mart�nez notified me the vehicle needed an alignment. Subsequent to that they discovered an issue with the steering rack - which was ultimately replaced. Everything was well documented, photographed, and forwarded to me for review. Mr. Mart�nez was courteous and friendly, and the are facilities very nice and clean. The courtesy shuttle driver was also excellent at customer service.

Went for an oil change and I was having problems with

Went for an oil change and I was having problems with Entune radio app it wasn't connecting right so they did an update and got it working again the service was great and will continue to go back for my next service that needs to be done to my car. There was a coupon for $49.99 but I told her I had one $39.99 BOGO deal and they honored it. Thank You again Marily for your help.

Great friendly staff, Kristopher helped me with my car

Great friendly staff, Kristopher helped me with my car purchase. Was looking for a new car but they were sold out on white cars. He found me a used car with low miles. Very satisfied with the help they provided from buying the car to the finance department.

Auto Nation on gulf freeway

Went in for an oil change and Jose in the service department noticed our battery was very low and needed to be changed and still under warranty was able to give us a new one before we had a problem with the car. Very good service.
