Poor experience with their service department. When I dropped my car off I was told it would take 4-5 hours After 7 hours I had not heard from them and called. I was they left me a voicemail but I never received a voicemail. I was also told the recall work had to be done at their collision department. When I took it to the collision department they took a couple of photos and told me they would call me when the parts were in. I’ don’t see why the service department couldn’t take the photos and forward them to collision

I had west herr do an inspection on my 2014 f 350. They were very thorough and did a very good job. They repaired a few things that were required to pass the inspection. I would highly recommend them for any repairs
