Outstanding service experience
The extraordinary service provided by Service Manager Todd Wright and his team to diagnose and repair our 2007 Xterra, which along with my wife and I, was dropped off by the towing company near the service entrance at 3:00 in the morning June 28th, after losing the radiator fan and S belt an hour west of Albuquerque while traveling to the Pacific Northwest. Three hours later, at 6:00, Mr. Wright walked up to us and asked how we were doing, then invited us into the dealership for a cup of coffee while waiting for the service crew to arrive. His kindness, thoughtfulness and pride in doing a good job really helped us put everything into a much better perspective.
