Staff was very nice. They have a great selection of vehicles and lots of rare finds. Enjoyed working with them. Would recommend to people in the metroplex.

I was looking all over the metroplex for a used Harley trike, I found the perfect one at Hopper Motorplex. David was extremely helpful in explaining all the features and differences between a trike and a 2 wheel bike. I was offered a great selling price for the trike and my trade-in. I recently was searching for a good used Harley not only was it a hassle searching for one but very aggravating but the guys at Hopper made it so easy these guys were the best they found me a Harley got me approved and took great care of me pretty straight forward which I love not if but when I purchase another this is my go to company they where just very helpful and actually happy to help me.

I saw the car I wanted on line and was able to call ahead and make sure it had all the options I wanted. I then was then able to review the car to make sure it had everything my wife wanted. The next day I made a fair offer and my wife drove away with her the car she wanted. Things worked out very well.

I was in the market for a touring bike and stopped by Hopper on recommendation of a friend. The deals at Hopper are really great (like $500 over trade in value). I found a couple of bikes that I was interested in and worked with Ernie Pezzola on the deal. He was a great sales person, not overly pushy, very patient and helpful and knowledgeable about the bikes I was looking at. Ultimately I settled on a 2014 Street Glide Special after doing a few test rides and taking a week to think about the purchase. Ernie is a great guy and earned my trust. I bought a motorcycle site unseen, save for internet pics, and David N. (motorcycle sales manager) made the whole process effortless. He sent me a video within minutes of my online inquiry of the bike running and emailed me all the paperwork needed to complete the process. He arraigned shipping but due to the holidays and me headed to Tx for Christmas he is holding the bike for me and refunding the $450 shipping fee. David was prompt in answering emails and phone, never put me off once or avoided after the sale--this alone says more than anything, IMO. David is very proficient at what he does, a professional in every sense of the word. Would I buy from Hopper again? In a heartbeat. You can buy with confidence and even though I haven't had any problems, if I had I'm sure they would be handled promptly and professionally. BTW I did this all from Myrtle Beach, SC and Hopper had the best prices around and service is proving to be exceptional.
