Excellent service and they were very prompt in answering my many questions since I basically bought this vehicle from out of state. They were up front with the cost and when I got there at the dealership they had everything ready for me to purchase the vehicle.

They have great customer service. The staff were very friendly. They give you free tire rotation and oil change for a year!! Elbony was my sales person. Now I drive a Brand new Camaro!!!

She picked me up from the airport (well out of her way) provided all the assistance in the purshase and after the sale helped me register with the Tesla company. A real pleasure to work with. I was a little apprehensive making a purchase from out of state but Dave Newton made purchase of my motorcycle very easy and smooth. Every question ,text and email was answered in a timely manner. He helped the shipper get the bike loaded and on its way.When the bike finally got here it was exactly as described. Customer service was great throughout the whole sales process, from the time I pulled in to the parking lot through filling out the paperwork. Mark was personable and knowledgeable. I took my two young children along, and he befriended them too! Highly recommend Hopper for buying a late model jeep.

I was pleased with the Harley motorcycle. The color, size model flhtc.1450cc and very low mileage and the help loading of it securring to trailer no problems on the road!

Decided on one at a great price and by mid-afternoon it was all detailed out, sale was complete and I was on the road headed 1000 miles back home. The even provided a few extras for my trip. After shopping for vehicles for a couple weeks and dealing with several sales teams across several dealerships I met Kyle at Hopper. It was a no brainer from that point forward that I was dealing with an honest straight forward salesmen who would do the right thing. In my opinion there isn't much more import than being able to trust the person you are working with when purchasing a new vehicle. I have bought 10 motorcycles in my life. Have experiences with several local dealers. Sean was my sales guy. Called him and told him the bike I wanted but was about a week away from having the cash. He held the bike for me, has it detailed, and had the service department put fresh tires on it before I picked it up. They have a great selection of low mileage clean bikes and their service is the best in the metroplex. Do yourself a favor and look no further than Sean at Hoppers cycles if you’re in the market for a nice bike or car!
