Lagrange Toyota

I wanted a Highlander Limited in a particular color. I spoke to two dealerships before we got to LaGrange. The first never returned my calls after I told him what I was looking for, the second, tried to sell me what he had on the lot and could not be bothered to look for what I wanted. Bobby Sabia at La Grange listened to what I wanted, and then he went out and got it for me. I took a couple of weeks but I was glad to wait. He did exactly what I asked him to do from start to finish and gave me a fantastic price without haggling even though I made him work hard to find what he wanted. I'm telling my friends in Atlanta to go to Bobby at La Grange. It is absolutely worth the drive.

My experience with LaGrange Toyota was excellent. My salesman, Alan Trainer was very helpful and knowledgeable. Alan took about an hour going over every detail about the highlander. He showed me all the "Bells and Whistles" (Tech Gadgets and such). I would definitely buy from him again and highly recommend LaGrange Toyota to my friends! .

We recently purchased another Toyota from Ronnie Barnes at LaGrange Toyota. This is the fourth car we have purchased or leased (2 purchases, 2 leases) with Ronnie's help. Ronnie is so knowledgeable about all of the models, and is very patient to answer questions. Ronnie doesn't just want to sell you a car--he wants you to be happy with the choice you make, and with the entire process from test-drive to financing. We wouldn't go any place else or deal with anyone but Ronnie Barnes to buy or lease a Toyota!

Ryan was very personable and nice even after the sale. He didn't act like a "typical" salesman and was helpful instead of pushy. I did not have the same feel with the finance person but overall was a good experience.

I purchased a 2015 Toyota Sienna from LaGrange Toyota. I had spoken with Byron Croft by phone and explained to him what I wanted in the car and told him that I had done my research with regard to the trade-in value of my car and knew deals offered by other Toyota dealerships. I also told him that I am not a haggler, had little time, and did not need to buy, but was ready to. Mr. Croft had the car detailed and pulled around to the front of the dealership, along with another he thought I might be interested in, ready for me to test drive. The trade in value they offered on my car was exactly what I wanted, and the price for the Sienna was on point. There was one issue that was resolved favorably and honestly. I live in Auburn, Alabama, not LaGrange, but LaGrange Toyota has another loyal customer in me. This is the first car I have purchased on my own, and it could not have been a better experience. The facilities are very nice and comfortable. The staff, most especially Byron, are courteous, respectful, and HONEST. Byron listened what I said I was looking for and how I wanted the process to be and I am most appreciative of the respect he had for me. I have already told all of my friends and will continue to do so. Thank you and please continue to do business the way you conducted the transaction with me.

Brad helped me, even though it was late evening and the weather wasn't great. The GM also gave me a great price on my trade.
