internet department

The Internet department was very friendly and helpful. Also very straight shooters. Didn't make it in as they didn't have the specific car I wanted, but I would definitely recommend Pacific VW in Hawthorne.

I've got nothing but good things to say! My wife and I bought our 2007 Honda Element from here and had a great and easy experience! Nikos was our salesman. He's the way to go. Ask for Nikos. He was really honest and upfront about everything. He didn't force us into buying and didn't really put any pressure on us. He just told us what was going to be best for us, and now that we purchased the car, I am so glad I listened to him! They gave us a really good deal too. The car was in perfect condition with low miles and zero mechanical problems. They could have charged us a lot more, but they didn't. Thank you for that! Christy was awesome too! She helped us get financing even though we only have average credit. If you're looking to get a good car, go see Nikos at Pacific Volkswagen. He'll hook you up. Thanks!

Dealing with Pacific Volkswagen continues to be a...

Dealing with Pacific Volkswagen continues to be a horrible experience. The purchase of the car was fine, but it needed to have some minor work done. I was given a rental car that was in poor condition. The dealership, obviously, has hundreds of cars it could have loaned me. But they chose to give me a car that broke down on the second day of using it. I called to report this to Nikos, who basically said "too bad." The car was shaking and blowing black smoke. I called again and spoke to Kristy, who told me I would have to wait an hour for a tow truck and then come down to Hawthorne to exchange the rental. I said this was unacceptable, and she said I could rent a car nearer to me that would be reimbursed. All this was an inconvenience, and I was upset that I didn't have a working car, and upset that Nikos never accepted any responsibility or expressed remorse for what happened. However, what happened after that really makes me angry. I rented the car in April. Now, in July, I am still trying to be reimbursed for it. I have probably called Kristy about 8 times to deal with this. She has avoided my calls, failed to call me back, told me she has left messages for me when she actually hasn't, and blamed various other departments at the dealership for messing up. I am really angry and it has been a horrible experience.

My name is Ebony Williams. I went to Power VW on 5/05/12 to test drive a 2012 Passat V5 & V6 fully loaded. Joe (sales rep) was nice, wanted me to pay sticker price (33k) for the car, but was stil nice. I told Joe that I have gotten an offer for the same car for 21,025 and he said he would beat that price, just send him the email(s). The next day Sean called me as i thought someone would. But Sean on the other hand was a complete DONKEY! (can't use the "other" word) He was rude and mean! the conversation turned into an argument! I told him I would not pay sticker price for that car and I was offered 21,025. for the same car at Long Beach VW. I also informed him that I have many choices for my next car purchase I make and I have the option of a 2012 fully loaded Honda Accord for 25k at 0.9%. I have a 2007 Honda Accord SE currently and would "like" a new car but it is not a necessity and I plan to make a decision to purchase soon but it will NOT be from Power VW! Sean needs to get retrained or something! He has issues dealing with customers and should not be able to speak to them directly, ever! As of 5/16/2012 I have not made a purchase yet but I am still considering a new Honda Accord, Toyota Camry and VW Passat.

I simply wanted to buy a used Porsche and one I could afford. Nicest car at the price range I could be in. I had looked at several at various dealerships in the greater LA area. When I first found the car at Pacific, Nikos stayed in touched with me and worked with my schedule to make an appointment to see and drive the car. He was friendly without being pushy. Buying the car is a personal experience for me and he worked with me on that level. The car is in excellent condition but 11 years old. It had a couple issues we needed to deal with and he and Crystie, knowing how much I wanted the car and the deal to come together, made the little issues resolved and the things fixed. I simply love the car and the experience with Pacific and Nikos in particular was fabulous if you can use that word in relationship to buying a car : ) I told him I change cars every 2-4 years depending - so, keep my name, I'll be looking again when the time comes around. I won't hestitate to look you guys up to see what's on the Lot!

My name is Andres Hernandez, And I have a complaint against Mr Enfiedjian , On April 20th I emailed you guys about a 2009 Lexus IS 250 add I saw on Autotrader , Mr Enfiedjian responded to my email and called me right after, I was talking to him about a trade In and how that process worked, He wanted me to apply for credit online I felt like I was being forced so I told him I rather go over on my days off and check out the car first, He said it was fine for me to go over and even test drive the car but what if my credit was not approve, that I would only be wasting my time, so I told him that it was up to me if I wanted to waste my time and he said ''well you'll be wasting my time too'' I told him I was going to contact someone else to help me so I wouldn't be wasting he's time. The call was at around 10:30am, If it was record it you guys can hear how bad is he's costumer service! He made all the personal there seen lazy and for people like him I would never bring my business there .

I was referred to Chris Estrada at Pacific VW by two friends, and I was not disappointed! My last car buying experience was 12 years ago and back then I walked into the dealership cold, and got the old-school hard-sell type sales guy. Because of that I was dreading the car-buying experience, but I had nothing to worry about. Chris was great - friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgable - he answered all my questions and gave me alot of information but didn't try to sell or talk me into anything. If I was considering something, he would help me think through the pros and cons, but without pushing either way. George Dunbar was the finance guy I had, and he also presented options and information about the add-ons but did not pressure me at all into choosing anything. I felt comfortable with both Chris and George and felt that they were there to help me through the process and make sure I was happy with my choices, they weren't there just to make the sale. I will recommend them and Pacific VW!

While car buying is never an easy process to go through, Frank made the process as enjoyable as possible. His laid back, matter of fact approach is the reason I didn't go to another dealership to purchase my car (I did have another appointment that evening with another dealer.) He was informative and willing to try to get to a number that I would agree to. My girfriend and I both enjoyed working with Frank, he was able to deliver everything he promised.
