Auto Showcase of Carol Stream

I purchased a 2006 Porsche Cayman from Auto Showcase in February 2014. The salesman (Mitch) was very helpful, providing any and all information I requested (pictures, carfax, inspection details, etc.). The entire purchase process went very smoothly....no hassles, no problems, no worries. The sales team was able to arranged for shipping to NYS from Illinois at a very reasonable rate. The car arrived at my home in perfect condition, looking and working just as described. I highly recommend Auto Showcase of Carol Stream...........I would gladly do repeat business..

They did a great job at working out a deal with us and we were only there and hour and a half. My wife spent 6 hours buying a car from another dealership. Great customer service and a great range of vehicles for sale.

We purchased a one owner Lexus from Second Street Auto in Manchester, NH about a week & a half ago. We put a deposit down hoping to have available funds within a couple of days to purchase the vehicle as a cash deal, but unfortunately the funds didn't come through for almost two weeks!! The sales person (Jeff Wageling) was very accommodating in holding the car for us through the waiting process, and once we had cash in hand we sealed the deal within 15 minutes at Second Street Auto because our sales person had all of the paperwork ready to go, plus he made sure that our vehicle had been detailed, put a 20 day plate on it, and an inspection sticker. Jeff made sure that the entire buying process went as smoothly and as quickly as possible. Not to mention that he made sure that we got the vehicle at an extremely fair price. We love our new car, and will definitely go back to Second Street Auto the next time we are looking to purchase another vehicle.

I have been a customer of Auto Showcase for over 10 years. I periodically will look at their site to see what cars they have. This time I decided to take a look at their reviews. I was really shocked to read two of the reviews implying that Mitch and Andy lied and were not knowledgeable salesman. I have dealt with both of them and also refer people to them. They are the most honest and very knowledgeable salesmen. The only people lying here is the person who wrote those two reviews. So all I have to say is that if you are looking for a car and want knowledgeable, honest people.....Go TO AUTO SHOWCASE ! You're experience there is out of the ordinary from other dealerships. It's a friendly, beautiful and comfortable dealership.

I have been an Auto Showcase customer for a long time and am completely satisfied with how well I have been treated. Mitch is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to cars and everything dealing with them. Recommended ALL my friends and family to him. It's a nice and friendly place to go to.

Greg Hudson at Cook Auto in Aberdeen, MD is a personable, friendly, professional sales manager. He made the car buying experience a pleasent process. Greg was upfront and forthcoming. Turely a experienced sales person. I would send my friends and family to him in future.

I made a promise to my sales person, Jasmin, that regardless how this experience turned out I would write a review. I have to say this was the easiest car buying process that I have experienced. My wife, banker and I were very skeptical about buying a car on the internet, sight unseen. I purchased a 2010 BMW 328i. The online pictures were very accurate. Jasmin handled all of the paperwork very efficiently and professionally. I looked for over two months for the color and features that this car has. The price was about $2,000 less than any other comparable vehicle. I would definitely recommend the dealership.

This was the first time I ever even thought about buying a car from the internet much less one I hadn't seen or driven. Extremely pleased! I bought a 2009 Toyota Tacoma from Andy and I couldn't be happier. This was the easiest process I've had while buying any vehicle. They sent the paperwork by fed ex and I returned it to them on Friday. I had the truck on Tuesday and when I saw it on the transport vehicle, I realized the pictures didn't do it justice. Sharp, detailed to perfection inside and out; everything I wanted in the truck. This truck had all the features on my previous 1997 Toyota Tacoma (which was totaled in an accident) had with a few more additions such as storage in the bed of the truck, a light on the bed cover, chrome wheels, two sets of floor mats, and just super clean. I can't be happier. Thank GOD for the internet cause I wouldn't have found this vehicle. When I talked with Andy to find out if it was still available and got the yes answer, I immediately put a deposit down and the rest is history. I will always look at Auto Showcase of Carol Stream first before I purchase my next care. Very good customer service with no hassle and their inventory is unbelievable. Thanks Andy and Auto Showcase. I'm one elated Toyota Tacoma owner.

My salesperson was Mitch. He was very knowledgeable about the car and arranged everything for me including a pickup at the airport. I had much trepidation about buying a car unseen off the Internet. However all went well. My six year old grandson accompanied me on our flight to Chicago from Atlanta. When we got to the dealership, the triple black vette was in the showroom and actually took your breath away at first look! Within a few minutes we had the paper work done and Mitch went over all the features of the car in detail. Everyone was very accommodating. My grandson and I then left for Atlanta and took three exilerating days to get home with stops at the Children's Museum in Indianapolis and the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY. We have our vette for 8 months now and love it more than ever. If I had to do this over again the only thing that I would do differently is take a better look at the tires. They were pretty worn out for a car with only 8k miles. I would buy again from this dealership.

I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM SIGHT UNSEEN. JUST PICTURES AND SALESMAEN. I GOT THE BEST ONE EVER, ANDY WAS HIS NAME. I'AM ON THE EAST COAST AND TOOK A CHANCE THAT EVERONE SAID I WAS CRAZY TO DO. YOU CAN'T ALWAYS GO BY PICTURES AND DESCRIPTION OF AN AUTO MANY MILES AWAY. I WAS LUCKY TO GET A MAN NAMED ANDY.THAT KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. ANDY HELPED WITH EVERYTHING. PAPER WORK AND TAXES FOR HERE ON THE CAR , SHIPPING. I TALKED TO ANDY ABOUT THE CAR NUMEROUS TIMES, AND NEVER ONCE ACTED AS THOUGH I WAS JUST A TIRE KLICKER. THE CAR WAS AT MY HOME AND IN THE GARAGE WITHIN 5 DAYS FROM BEFGINING TO END. THE CAR WAS ACTUALLY BETTER THAN ANDY TOLD ME. THE CAR A A CLK MECERDES BENZ CONVERTABLE AND LOOKED REALLY GREAT.
